Management, Nedous Hotel, Gulmarg , golf club Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your esteemed establishment, Nedous Hotel, located near the Golf Club in Gulmarg. On [2/6/2024], I had the expectation of enjoying dinner in your dining room. However, upon arrival, I was informed that it was at full capacity and I could not be accommodated. For a hotel that prides itself on offering five-star service, this was quite disappointing. Having made a reservation in advance, I did not anticipate such a situation. The inability to dine in your dining room significantly detracted from the overall experience, which I had eagerly looked forward to. One of the key reasons for choosing Nedous Hotel was the highly regarded dining experience, which unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy. I understand that certain circumstances can lead to unforeseen challenges, but I believe that a hotel of your caliber should have systems in place to prevent such occurrences or at least provide alternative arrangements. I hope that you will address this issue to ensure that future guests do not face similar inconveniences. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. Sincerely,

Excellent hotel with good food good service Nice view from hotel can stay for calm and peace..Can move with ur family and friends.Near to Gondala ride .we stay here with 21 family members and had a nice experience.staff are very polite and good.

Really enjoyed the stay here and Mr. Shaukat bhai and Mr. Rehman bhai the room keepers are really helpful and corporative even with the small Childers. 10 on 10. Really recommend to stay here. Great location great view. Neat clean and perfect. Food is really good.

The hotel is one of the oldest hotel in gulmarg with a history of 150 years and the staff is very nice and very cooperative and the food quality is just awesome. I give them all the best in what they do and the house staff javid is just amazing. Take his service.

Surprise candle light dinner was arranged by Mr Akhil and Mr Javed in a short period was amazing. They made us feel a family and food was amazing. Wishing all the best to the team. Thanks

I was worried when i started to choose the hotels for stay in gulmerg as all my known told me not to stay there as there is no facilities but this hotel change prejudices. Thanks to neudos hotel and specially to hussain ji (receptionist) who made my stay so much memorable. Flawless in every aspect. Their staff is well trained and worthy of praise. Also tqs to make my trip which suggested me this one.

It was terrible experience at this property, they are fraud, they charged us for Suits and put us in downgraded rooms. Staff lacks professional training and are rough abd don't care about you. Can go on writing things about them. But all in all do not stay here, it's waste of your hard earned money

It was a great stay. We got a free upgrade and the stay was the most comfortable. Would like to thank Mr.Shaikh Amin & Mr.Mohammad Hussain for their prompt response on sevice and hospitality. Awesome experience and would love to come back again and suggest to my family and friends.
