Fantastic vacation , thanks to the hospitality . visited during 2nd week of November . Light snowfall with ice all around . Everything was LIT from breakfast to supper . Keep it up !

Service is beyond what one can expect, we loved it. ***** with my family , we dined .. every staff are friendly and are with a service attitude, credit must go to the mgmt. my kid thought enjoyed the talk with Chef. The personal attention of our table service mgr made all the difference.. I will update the name soon , as she truly deserves a shout out

Can be counted among best resort in india,an epitome of luxury and royalty,my best stay ever in india better hospitality than renound brands like taj nd oberoi,everythng is truly 5 star from checkin to checkout adequete staff to handle and provide best smilly service.

We travel from JAMMU to Srinagar with AIR INDIA, our tour was organize by TRK HOSPITALITY AND LOGISTICS, TRK does a incredible job booking flights, hotels tours, etc. Once we arrive in Srinagar we were greeting by Kyber hotel associates, Asif Husain, we provided us with wonderful Kashmiri tea Kava, it was delicious, then he introduce me to our driver Kareem who drove us to the hotel, Hotel is about 1:30 min from Srinagar Airport. Akbar gave us lot of information regarding the area, how they grow rice and dry fruits. Ride was comfortable joyful, the whole area was full of security forces, Last 45 min of drive was extremely scenic, we climb up to 9000ft and it got colder. Hotel is absolutely beautiful with great service. We has some appetizers while we wait for our rooms to be ready. Hotel does not have a Bar, but a lovely Italian resto, great buffet, our waiter Abdul Kadir, was phenomenal. We kids had a little upset stomach, he promptly got us a doctor. Like in 10 min. Doc provided some medicine to the kids and by morning they were fine.

Wonderful staff, wonderful service specially by Mr Abhishek, gulmarg visit is special because of Khyber The hospitality is very good and homely, next time for loger visit, will visit Gulmarg again for sure. Nachos and masala tea was excellent

Khyber Himalayan Resort is outstanding.The location is out of the world and reflects the beauty and tranquility of Kashmir. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Nighat Mukhtar, Avinash Sharma and Lav. We wish them success always! Do visit Khyber to experience the beauty and impeccable service.

If Srinagar was Jannat-e- Kashmir- this was even more! Khyber was simply amazing and unreal- We had rooms over looking the mountains and could be part of the snowfall and see the beautiful snowcapped mountains and the trees- and also be under the snowfall. Brilliant service, extremely delicious food and Fantastic Facilities. We had the best variety of food- for which special thans to F&B manager- Varun and Chef Ranjan. Varun was there for breakfast lunch and dinner- winder when he rests. And always personally attending to us add taking care of all our demands. Chef Ranjan curated fabulous food varieties and dishes- the Italian and the Indian are to die for. And he too personally met us before and during meals and ensured our individual taste preferences are taken care of. They also organised a lovely bonfire especially for us. As such everyone was very hospitable- cannot point out any one who was lacking in any way. I have to mention about the very well heated pool and the Steam Sauna & Jacuzzi- which gave us the relaxation every evening. Last but the most amazing evening was the private theatre which we booked- a Six Seater almost lie-flat seats. We watched a movie and had a superb Indian dinner there only. So if possible I would rate Khyber 7 stars.

We had an amazing experience. Me. Sohail and hameeda were really helpful at the pool area and we had a great steam and sauna experience. Me Sohail took great photos of us making our stay very memorabl. It was an amazing stay and we look forward to coming back here again

Loved the property , amazing hospitality!! Swimming during winters in hot water pool with an amazing view Also the staff , specially guy named Suhail Ahmed and Hameeda were very helpful ,friendly and co-operative with kids . Truly a wonderful experience. Will definetely give a second visit and suggest to friends/family as well..
