Muthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.

Such a lovely place and service. Staff was nice and food was good. The privacy is 💯💯💯 recommended!!

Nhân viên rất đáng yêu và cung cấp dịch vụ tốt. Chỗ nghỉ đẹp. Phòng rộng rãi và có phòng khách lớn. Các loài động vật ở Animal Club rất dễ thương. Tôi đã đến đây vào đúng ngày sinh nhật và lễ tốt nghiệp của mình. Khách sạn đã cung cấp một chiếc bánh rất dễ thương. Nhưng khách sạn khá xa Công viên quốc gia Khao Yai. Đồ ăn trong khách sạn đủ ngon cho những người không muốn ra ngoài, nhưng giá đồ ăn khá cao. Nhà vệ sinh khá tệ, bạn phải xả nước nhiều lần.
