TTài khoản kháchPerfect hotel to stay in, staff was super nice and helpful.
After checking out, we have an overnight bus to catch, staff was generous enough to let us use the shower in the gym, we were super delighted to be able to revitalize ourselves.
The staff asked us to be like home, and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
Breakfast is very nice, complimentary dinner is good too, with different dishes everynight. They even have afternoon fika time for a quick snack and coffee.
Amazed by the service and commitment for every customer.

Khách sạn phải trả thêm phí tiền hàng ngày để sử dụng hồ bơi VÀ đặt tại khoảng thời gian được đặt. Tôi chưa bao giờ trải nghiệm được ở bất kỳ khách sạn nào ở thế giới. Tôi đã ở phòng premium, nhưng chính sách này áp dụng cho tất cả khách, tôi nghĩ là kinh khủng. Cũng không thể được hẹn spa trong thời gian lưu trú. Hạn chế ưu tiên được đưa cho khách khách sạn. Tôi đánh giá cao bạn đặt các dịch vụ spa ít nhất trước một tuần khi đến. Ngoài ra, không có dịch vụ turndown, bất thường cho một khách sạn 5* giá cao. Dọn phòng cũng kết thúc rất sớm, hoặc không quan tâm đến khách không phù hợp với lịch trình của họ. Tôi phải làm việc trong phòng của tôi nhưng rời đi lúc 2:45 tối và nó không được dọn dẹp mặc dù đã tín hiệu phòng cần được sửa. Đội ngũ lễ tân lịch sự, nhưng lộn xộn. TTài khoản kháchI had a fantastic time at Clarion Hotel: The Hub in Oslo. The rooms were large, clean, and quiet. I was on the 12th floor and navigating around the hotel was easy. Everything from check-in, to using facilities, to getting around the city was made better by staying here. The hotel has a small pool, two gym areas, and two saunas on the basement floor which were all great to use. The facilities were clean and modern. Even though the facilities are on the smaller side, it was never too busy that you couldn't use them. I used the gym, pool, and sauna every day, at different times of the day, and it was never too crowded. Finally, this hotel has one of the most incredible breakfast buffets I've ever experienced. The food is SO good and I'm so grateful that there were options for both meat eaters and vegans too. Overall a 10/10 experience.

KKeris/\I stayed in the Junior Suite at Scandic Byporten and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect — directly connected to Oslo Central Station, which makes traveling around the city and to the airport incredibly convenient.
The suite was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the large windows with great city views and the cozy seating area, which made the room feel more like a small apartment than a hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained.
The staff were professional, welcoming, and efficient. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, including local specialties.
Overall, my stay was smooth and relaxing. The Junior Suite is definitely worth it if you want extra comfort and space in the heart of Oslo. Highly recommended!

TTài khoản kháchThis is an exceptional hotel for quality and service. We were able to check in early to a spacious room with all the extras, hair dryer, mini bar, snacks, iron facilities and drinks tray. Great comfy beds and bathroom facilities.
The car park is underground accessible from the rear of the hotel and is secure with a lift to directly within the hotel
The breakfast is vast and great quality with the chefs regularly doing quality control of the food and dining staff efficiently clearing tables.
We ate in the restaurant and it was good quality. I must mention the young man who served us as his customer service was exceptional not to mention his cocktail mixing skills! Nothing was too much trouble.
The reception staff were really helpful in helping us with the public transport and although the hotel is located on the perimeter of the city both tram and bus stops were located within minutes of the hotel and we’re easy to navigate with the routers app.
All the staff we came into contact with were both helpful and professional and were all good ambassadors for the hotel group.
I would not hesitate in a heart beat to recommend this hotel, thank you for the service.

EEd999Excellent location, just walk out from Oslo station and you can see the hotel and have access to the hotel’s level 2 directly. Easy access to airport. Arrived late at night. Check in process was efficient. Staff was polite and offered me a free bottled mineral water which was a kind gesture as the waters/drinks in mini fridge are chargeable. Small compact room but sufficient. Kettle and steam iron available in the room which are very useful. The room is too cold for me though, I think it is around 20-21degC, I tried to adjust temperature to be warmer to 24degC but it was not possible. The restaurant staff are polite and friendly especially the staff at restaurant reception. Good breakfast, plenty of choices, particularly I like the fresh juice/smoothies. Overall a comfortable stay and recommended.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel location was ideal and not far from oslo city centre with a metro station across the road and several bus stops very nearby.
Most of the staff were very helpful however there was one gentleman who appeared to assist but then no result to his said actions.
Additionally the first room he provided he stated would have view. The view was of the hotel from the window. The room he provided was unclean and filthy. We requested a change to our room with his colleague. She was very helpful and gave us a great room very clean room with a view of the river, but only thing is we had no phone in the room. We requested one but was told one would not available until later on the week. This was not beneficial as we were leaving.
The amenities were ok however the hotel had direct access to mini shopping mall which had some lovely coffee shops and general convenience stores, which was great. Therefore we did not eat at the hotel.
Overall apart from the above issues it was a pleasant stay and we extended it by a day which was a smooth process and we was able to stay in the same second room.

NnataliexloGreat location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice.
However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms.
Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

TTài khoản kháchTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
