Fantastic service and experience. Seamless check-in from the moment we were greeted at the front porch all the way being orienteered around the hotel and escorted to the hotel. Facilities immaculate, especially loved the Onsen. Information regarding our dietary requirements have been communicated well through the different teams at the hotel.

All the staffs are professional, very service oriented and special mention to the room service is super super prompt! Room amenities are luxurious! Bed and blanket is so fluffy! Breakfast portion is huge and fresh. We were able to use the shuttle service for check in and out, only got a cab at the Nikko train station when we return late at around 7pm.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The free cocktail and coffee services in the lobby were nice, as well as the free drink bar (including one beer per person) near the entrance to the hot spring. The paid massage service was also good. The meals were decent, especially the grilled beef, which simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant staff welcomed us warmly and provided friendly service. Cons: The variety of hot springs was lacking, and the view from the hot springs was almost blocked, which was disappointing. The lockers for valuables used combination dials, and foreign guests often didn’t know how to use them, locking their room keys inside and struggling to reopen them. This was a major inconvenience. They should switch to a key-and-wristband system like other onsen hotels. The room itself felt like an old, once-grand mansion that had seen better days. The furniture had many scratches, and the surfaces were worn and peeling. It made me think it must have been impressive in the past. Still, the room was definitely more spacious compared to other hotels.

雖然位置稍微偏了一點，但是整體環境還是很不錯，窗戶外面就川流不息的鬼怒川，視野很不錯。接待我們的是一位尼泊爾員工，會用英語跟我們介紹酒店，包括用餐地點和泡溫泉的時間。吃飯時也會給我們介紹食材，還會跟我們閒聊一會，服務還是很到位的。有班車可以送到鬼怒川溫泉站和鬼怒川公園站。第二天因為班車上只有我和我朋友兩人，於是詢問是否方便送到鬼怒川大橋，司機也很nice，直接把我們送到了大橋口，省去了我們拉箱子趕路的囧樣！

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời! Chúng tôi sống ở đây ba ngày vào tháng 4 năm 2024. Các máy chủ rất thân thiện và chu đáo. Bữa sáng và bữa tối rất ngon và nhiều món, vì vậy trong ngày chúng tôi thậm chí không muốn vừa ăn trưa vừa đi bộ. Mọi thứ trong phòng đều sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp. Nơi yên tĩnh và đẹp. Gần đó có một siêu thị lớn với mọi thứ bạn cần. Trạm xe buýt đến thác và hồ cũng rất gần. Ngoài ra còn có một suối nước nóng công cộng gần đó, chúng tôi cũng đã có khoảng thời gian vui vẻ ở đó. Nói chung, chúng tôi thực sự thích mọi thứ! Cảm ơn!
