Wonderful boutique hotel with fresh, modern rooms. The building is very fashionable, the service is outstanding (Extra coffee pods? Shuttle to the supermarket? Daytime/evening recommendations? All covered!). Both the public and private onsens are clean and well equipped, including towels, facial serums and body lotion too. This might be the nicest hotel in town in every single way - with the kindest and most cheerful staff. I can only speak highly of the week we have spent here!

Khách sạn nằm n*** cạnh lối vào khu nghỉ dưỡng trượt tuyết, phòng rất rộng rãi và bữa sáng tự chọn của khách sạn có chất lượng tuyệt hảo. Cần lưu ý rằng bãi đậu xe riêng của khách sạn có không gian hạn chế và phải trả phí, có thể đặt chỗ trước. Nhược điểm là có mùi hôi trong thùng tái chế rác thải thực phẩm.

Rất tiện lợi nếu bạn dự định trượt tuyết ở Niseko, thực đơn bữa tối tuyệt vời và phòng chờ tuyệt vời với lò sưởi và rượu vang miễn phí. Bữa sáng kiểu Nhật không có lựa chọn nào khác, nhân viên thân thiện nhưng gọi taxi là nhiệm vụ bất khả thi và mọi người khá thờ ơ với khách, kiểu như không có taxi và đó không phải là vấn đề của chúng tôi. Ở một khách sạn đắt đỏ như thế này, dù thích hay không thì đó cũng là vấn đề của bạn.

Tôi nghĩ khách sạn này thực sự tuyệt vời. Nó là khách sạn gần nhất với khu trượt tuyết Hirafu Base, và vị trí rất thuận tiện để đi bộ đến các nhà hàng. Họ cung cấp dịch vụ sấy khô giày trượt tuyết và giữ đồ dùng trên tầng hai, và có một cửa hàng cho thuê thiết bị trượt tuyết n*** bên kia đường – cực kỳ tiện lợi! Lễ tân khách sạn cũng có nhân viên nói tiếng Trung Quốc. Chắc chắn tôi sẽ ở lại đây vào mùa trượt tuyết tới.

Possibly the best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. Everything was perfect and attention to detail was paid by the staff everytime. Just remember to contact the hotel in advance if you require transfer from JR Toya to the hotel. There were plenty of games to play at the hotel and the view of the lake was amazing. The lounge area has a bar for those who are into alcohol. The room was spacious and super comfortable with high quality amenities provided. The private bath was also superb. There’s a coffee grinder and drip coffee maker which was an interesting experience. Breakfast and dinner were also very delicious with top notch ingredients. Highly recommended!

This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
