服務：前台小姐姐服務很熱情 環境：設計感強，房間很大很大 衞生：超乾淨，竟然沒有黴菌，比大酒店好多了 迷你吧:有果汁汽水供應 專屬管家服務:微信服務很貼心 保證延遲退房至15:00:一早就退房了，下次再來。 過年酒店附近的店沒開，如果是平日應該很熱鬧很方便吧。生日還送了我鮮花，真的太感謝了！

Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời. Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, bữa sáng ngon, giặt ủi tự phục vụ miễn phí và tầm nhìn đẹp ra sông. Bên dưới là một trung tâm mua sắm và xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn ngon.

Tôi đã đến Nam Ninh nhiều lần, lần này tôi chọn Wanda Vista. Sau khi đặt phòng, tôi đã gọi cho bộ phận đặt phòng. Khi tôi đến sảnh, nhận phòng rất thuận tiện. Người đẹp ở quầy lễ tân, đã sắp xếp cho tôi rất chu đáo và còn tặng tôi những món quà nhỏ, trái cây sắp xếp, ấm áp và lịch sự, phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi và ngăn nắp, trải nghiệm thật tuyệt vời.

Hi, I stayed at Double Tree hotel at WuXiang, Nanning. Overall the environment is clean and spacious and the senior staff is much helpful to provide assistance as I was first time at Nanning. Unfortunately, on my last day of visit on 17th March, I encountered a bad experience with Luckin Coffee stall at Double Tree Hotel. A one man staff attending to several orders totally ignored me while I was waiting for his attention to make order. Understandably I tried to wait however, he seems so engrossed over his tasks hence, I get his attention to said I need a cup of coffee and he just said scan the code...I scanned with my usual scanner and did not work out, and revert to him, he then said use Weixin. As this is my first time, I find it difficult as not familiar and I gave up since he doesn't bother to render help. It was very disappointing to experience this after having a good impression of Nanning generally. I really hope the Hotel can be more friendly as this is supposed to be a four stars hotel. Fantastic hotel in a great location, opposite the park and with many good eateries nearby. Nice room with new furniture, super comfortable bed and good views. Breakfast was delicious too, but the best thing was the staff, who went way beyond their duties to welcome you. One of the lovely receptionists even took us to a traditional place to eat Nanning noodles and took our washing out of the machine and put it in the dryer when we were away. I highly recommend this hotel.
