This location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!

The hotel is clean and spacious. The bed is soft, and I sank into it. I loved that they have a mini kitchen area with a microwave and coffee maker. The shuttle service was available for airport drop-off, I even requested a wake-up call and received it on time!However, I couldn't get the air-conditioning unit to adjust to warm, and it was very noisy The email address and the payment options on the site are incorrect and misleading. I recommend them updating the info (email address and the type of cards they accept).

Great location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient

Tôi đã sắp xếp xe đưa đón đến sân bay theo yêu cầu vào ngày hôm trước, nhưng khi hỏi về việc đó, để đảm bảo rằng tôi không bỏ lỡ, một trong những nhân viên lễ tân (một người phụ nữ da trắng có tên Slav nếu tôi nhớ không nhầm) đã khá thô lỗ. Rõ ràng là cô ấy không hiểu nỗi lo lắng về việc đến sân bay đúng giờ vì xe đưa đón chỉ chạy 40 phút một lần nên sẽ là vấn đề nếu bỏ lỡ. Các tiện nghi chung đều tốt. Sảnh đợi và khu vực ăn sáng rất đẹp và có một sân trong tuyệt đẹp ở trung tâm khách sạn. Khu vực hồ bơi rất đẹp và có phòng xông hơi khô, mặc dù lưu ý rằng phòng xông hơi khô có hẹn giờ nên bạn cần đến sớm để phòng ấm lên. Hồ bơi và phòng xông hơi khô đóng cửa lúc 10 giờ tối, tôi nghĩ là sớm vì đóng cửa lúc 11 giờ tối sẽ hữu ích. Thực đơn của nhà hàng trông ngon, giá cả hợp lý và có nhiều loại bia cho những người sành sỏi. Bữa sáng ngon nhưng với mức giá này, họ nên cung cấp một số loại rau để làm salad. Nhìn chung, đây là một kỳ nghỉ hợp lý và tôi sẽ cho khách sạn một cơ hội khác. Tuy nhiên, tôi sẽ bỏ qua bữa sáng vào lần tới, miễn là có thời gian vào buổi sáng, vì có một Denny's gần đó

Room had chemical smell. A strong one. Similar to new material gasing. Had to change room after waking up with headache. People were nice. Other room had same smell but much less and was tolerable. Gym should not be called a gym. One bench that is not stable. And dumbbells up to 35 lbs. Few cardio machine. Don't forget something there. As I call every day and they just say they will get back to me. But never do.

The service was great everyone was helpful, special thanks out to ms Charmaine she was wonderful ,she delivered a wonderful service. And was very helpful . I never really like the breakfast because it was the same thing every day,I would appreciate a change a day are two.

If you are a transit traveller, this is a convenient place to stay since it is very close to the airport. However, if you plan on checking out the downtown area of Toronto, try to stay in a place nearer the central district. The room is comfortable and clean. The free airport shuttle service as well as the free breakfast is a plus. The only disappointing factor was the check in. When we were checking in, the person who checked us in was busy talking to her colleague, and was not attending to us. Mind you they were talking about personal things and not about work. It took some time before she acknowledged us and asked if we are checking in. They also programmed our key card with the incorrect departure date so we got locked out and had to get new key cards. This they did 3 times for a 4 night stay. The saving factor was Rufa who was working at the convenience store and the pizza restaurant. She was very helpful and friendly and their food was great. I suggest the zesty chicken if you are end up staying and eating there.

I had a great stay at Radisson. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the food, special shout to Shivam for his amazing service at the breakfast. There was one issue: the WiFi was not working properly—it was either too slow or intermittent. Thankfully, I had mobile data, so I was able to manage, but it could have been quite inconvenient otherwise. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
