Utama Raya Villa & Hotel

I used to love this hotel, but as it has expanded to become more of a resort complex, it has lost its care for its hotel rooms—at least the one I just occupied. One towel and one thin blanket for two people. Annoyingly noisy aircon. No coffee pot or any amenities except tiny soaps. And what used to be a lovely place to stroll is crowded as a downtown.

I was stayed in that hotel on 5 of may 2022, we booked villa with 2 rooms with the rate was quite expensive as Lebaran period. All rooms were booked and fully booked. Fortunatel we had reserved 1 month before. On that period surrounding of the hotel was very fully crowded with peoples. but it was time to make happy all my family. my son and daughter was enjoying canoeing and Jetski. In term of comfort this hotel was comfort and good for relaxing and transit. Food stall was quite alot surrounding hotel and the price was not too expensive. we will come back in the future and will rent one house with 6 rooms for my family.
