"Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena A wonderful hotel. We were there in September, so my review isn't suitable for skiers. This one is for those who enjoy walks in the forest, around the town, sitting in restaurants, and relaxing in the spa. The location is excellent, close to a pedestrian street with all its cute restaurants and shops. Mountains and forests surround you. The air is amazing. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are spacious. The room has everything you need. The only thing I would improve is the lighting in the room. I didn't have enough light. The breakfast is amazing. Any egg dishes, lots of vegetables (and very tasty ones at that), cheeses, sausages, you can't list everything (although it's the same every day, but the choice is huge). The staff is very attentive. Any requests are fulfilled very quickly. Convenient valet parking. Excellent indoor pool. I thought the outdoor one was small. Good spa area, including an ice room (great to run into after the sauna). Bottom line: we really liked the hotel and will definitely return."

"The price is reflected in quality. Spacious rooms with nice size of balcony. Big toilet room with shower. Curtains are too thin and not wide enough to cover the windows. Clean and tidy but dusty . Pets allowed for free of charge. The horrible things here is there's no heating system on, even when it was 5 degrees in the night. Asking for radiator, the receptionist was very rude , like we asking to give us the moon from the sky, she gave us but in very rude way. Internet is not working, the receptionist said "yes is working your phones are the problems" which is not true. The cleaner, very nice lady, communicative person in any way even without knowing english. Location good, close to city centre."

"I rarely write reviews but am compelled to as the low quality of this hotel really impacted our holiday. We booked half board, a double with a camp bed. I was expecting four star, and I have an understanding of what this might look like. The room was horrible - like a hostel. Two low single beds pushed together - nothing to join them and no bed frame as such. And then a similar one in the corner. And worse - nothing between the thin sheet and the bare (thin) mattress that thousands of people had laid on. The mattress was so bobbly I could feel it through that sheet. Ditto pillow. Just felt really unhygenic. At least half the lights didn't work, the curtains didn't pull properly, electrical sockets loose, and shower curtain that was indescribable. Not a smile was cracked by reception staff - ever. My son threw up one night and when I went downstairs (about 11.30pm) to ask for a bottle of water and fresh sheets, honestly they couldn't have given less of a hoot about it. But did make sure they charged the room for the bottle of water. As there were less than 20 guests in the hotel they didn't do a buffet (lesson learned for me there to read the small print!) so you were presented with a random choice of meals with zero accompanying information - "sliced chicken", "pork", sometimes it was very unclear what the items were; "grandma's breakfast" was a memorable one. The food itself was nice (and the restaurant staff nice) but when you are travelling with younger children its nice to know if something is coming swimming in a mushroom sauce, for example. Zero green vegetables the whole time. And not a clue about nut allergies. Every time I mentioned it we got a blank look. I appreciate I don't speak Bulgarian but it was hard to ask questions about the food as their English was limited. Very disappointing and well below even a 3 star standard."

Nó cũng có một hồ bơi lớn nơi nước ấm và tuyệt vời cho trẻ em ( nó có một hồ bơi mini cho trẻ em. Các phòng xông hơi cũng tuyệt vời. Phòng ăn sáng siêu và bản thân bữa sáng và bữa trưa rất ngon tuyệt vời. :) Các phòng rất sạch sẽ và họ có mọi thứ bạn cần như dép nạ thương hiệu của khách sạn và nhiều khác. Các nhân viên rất chào đón, rất tốt bụng và họ làm mọi thứ cho bạn để bạn có thể có một kỳ nghỉ tốt đẹp trong Các phòng có tầm nhìn tuyệt vời đến núi hoặc những nơi khác có tầm nhìn ra vườn khách sạn. Anh ấy chỉ là một khách sạn tuyệt vời và đó là một khách sạn phải ở nếu bạn có kế hoạch một chuyến đi đến Bansko. :)"

"Phòng ốc cũ , dọn dẹp không có sống , phòng tắm có mùi sương mù , yêu cầu tiền mọi thứ , 1 chai nước 75ml 4 euro , có vẻ như trong những người đói Ăn tối đầu tiên ở khách sạn 3 người nỉ , Họ không muốn trả lại tiền ăn tối. Không ai nói tiếng Anh . 4 sao bị bắt . Họ đặt xe đưa đón đến Sofia lúc 15:00 khi phòng để lại lúc 12 giờ sáng trừ phi chúng tôi vẫn trả 50 euro . Chi phí chuyển tiếp EUR 300 luôn thanh toán trước , không phải cho lựa chọn của bạn Ăn tiền làm bạn cảm thấy gà ăn hoàn toàn bị tổ chức Đề nghị nhất"

"This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. It was an Excellent stay. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional.
