Had lunch here after visiting the Pailon de Diabalo waterfall in Banos. They had a good spread on the menu and very nice vegetarian options. Our guide had a set lunch here, and my husband had a fish dish. I ordered the quinoa creamy rice with vegetables, and it was delicious. A nice place to eat and relax after the hike down to the waterfall and back up. It's a 5 minute drive from the fall and worth a try.

The room was spacious for Ecuador as many of the hotels are on the smaller side. The gardens and main lobby were gorgeous and the pool area was excellent. Only small complain was a rotted floor board in the room which was a little hazardous when walking in the dark. The room was clean and the staff was excellent and very friendly! The location is within walking distance of the Diablo water fall and the river is right next to the hotel with a gorgeous view. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

We were here for lunch and the owners welcomed us warmly. The restaurant service a good range and they have local to continental. We tried the local Trout, Vegetable rice and a few others and they were all delicious. A good place to stop by for lunch.

Me and my travelling group visited the spa/restaurant for lunch and after lunch relaxing. The best part was the chilean steam treatment done by Marco from the wellness area. Marco was really nice, and the treatment was really relaxing and fun to experience. I would definitely get it done again, if It get close to the area. Highly recommended and really nice staff.

We were a group of sixteen travelers from Canada, and had lunch at this really quirky hotel. I had the vegetable soup starters, and it is definitely one of the best soups that I have ever had-it could have met my whole lunch requirement! I then had the breaded shrimp, which were also delicious. My wife had the grilled trout with vegetables, also wonderful. We both had salads with our meal. Cristina was our server, and she was very courteous and efficient. Also had a great chat with the manager, Juan Chauvin, who told me about the hotel layout. Looks like a great place to stay-it is absolutely a terrific place to eat! Worth a visit.

El ambiente del lugar muy acogedor, las habitaciones muy cómodas ya que los baños están bien equipados, las camas muy cómodas y amplias, la comida excelente, muy buen servicio por parte del personal, además de que sus instalaciones están en perfectas condiciones.

Estuvimos en el restaurante, pero paseamos por todo el local y nos mostraron las habitaciones Coco. Es una experiencia multisensorial este lugar. Hermosas obras de arte por doquier, la comida exquisita, el trato de personal excelente. Y la calidad - precio estuvo muy bien.

Très bel endroit avons eu un bel accueil et chaleureux. Repas extra avec une présentation et de bons produits de l'entrée au café. Une décoration originale un endroit unique qui mérite un 18 sur 20...la boutique contient des objets insolites et jolis

Excelente sitio !! Bien ubicado y rodeado de naturaleza !! El servicio es amable y servicial. La comida es buena y el personal es muy agradable. Ciertamente es muy recomendable para los amantes de la comida y la naturaleza. El sonido del río junto al hotel es arrullador.
