“Promising Hotel, but Needs Some Refinement” This hotel has many strengths — the rooms are new, clean, and equipped with well-functioning amenities. The air conditioning works perfectly, the water pressure is strong, the heater is reliable, and the fridge does its job well. For the price, these basics are definitely on point. However, the room layout could use some improvement. The bathroom lacks a sink and mirror, which have been oddly placed outside and separated from each other. This makes simple routines like shaving or skincare unnecessarily inconvenient. A more thoughtful design would go a long way. Soundproofing is another area for improvement. I could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room, which affects the sense of privacy. Service was a bit inconsistent. The staff during check-in were welcoming and friendly. But at check-out, a different staff member seemed less accommodating. Due to her strong accent, I had difficulty understanding her, and when I asked her to repeat, she appeared visibly annoyed. In a city as international as Bangkok, front desk staff should be trained to communicate more clearly and show patience with international guests.

Для нас очень важен не просто факт наличия кондиционера, а НОВЫЙ кондиционер. В данном отеле именно так. Эксклюзивный номер отлично подходит для семьи. Просторный, с балконом, два кондиционера в номере. Просторно и комфортно. Есть балкон. 7/11 рядом, на такси в любую точку можно уехать. Нам очень понравилось. Несколько раз останавливались здесь. Единственный минус, не очень приветливый ресепшн, плохо говорит по английский. Но это все решаемо. Рекомендуем этот отель.
