The food is so great,even the staff did a great service .The place is clean ,neat and I can't stop saying about the foods they provide actually all the service is great but the foods were the highlight.

Stay and the service was too good and the way Varshitha assisted was too good 😊 food was excellent and I'll suggest to friends as well to stay in the same as the service by each and every one are too good than you for al the support Thank you very much

Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast nice with variety(bacon, scambles eggs, bread/toast, cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, south indian dishes). WLAN is free.Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel.The place very close to BLR Airport. Enjoyed the stay. The receptionist Mr. Pawan was very kind helpful,all credits to him for assistance.

My elderly parents went to Shivas Galaxy Hotel near Bengaluru airport during their transit from Vizag to Amsterdam, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service they received. The seamless airport pick-up and drop-off service provided by the hotel was a tremendous relief for us. The rooms were clean and also the food was tasty. A special thank you goes to Mr. Vipin Vasudevan for his outstanding care and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure my parents were well taken care of. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in their transit experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Shivas Galaxy Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near Bengaluru airport. The exceptional service and personal touch provided by Mr. Vipin Vasudevan and his team made all the difference. His efforts are deeply appreciated, and we look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Good servicing housekeeping and Good behaviour for each person. All is good but think one wifi issue proper not working over roll good service Mr.pawan kumar reception all avail each time and good conversation. And provide to good facilities

Excellent personal attention by Mukesh. I also acknowledge Chef Ajit for fabulous vegetable and Chapati. A quick and courteous service particularly in the restaurant. Reception staff should be more efficient. Overall a good experience.

My senior citizen parents went there for 4 nights. Exceptional customer service by Mr. Vipin, he ensured that they were extremely comfortable with regards to their stay, food and airport drop off. They had the best time, as the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast had so many vegetarian options and all staff was always smiling and ready to help. It was a big relief for me, as they had gone there from Dubai and I was very worried, but Mr. Vipin instant assistance to me and my parents is truly appreciative. Definately we will come back.

This hotel needs no reviews as words fall short of me.Right from the booking till its last airport drop was simply incredible. My parents who flew back from Australia to Ranchi via Bangalore were highly impressed by the hospitality, and so was I . My mother had a medical emergency too but the hotel staff especially Mr. Vijay catered to all their needs, provided with wheelchair facility. The cordial attitude of the hotel staff is worth mentioning. I suggest a must stay as this hotel compliments spacious rooms, good food quality, responsible staff, timely airport transfers, well equipped rooms, 15 mins only to the airport. So, I believe it’s absolutely a top rated property to stay in
