Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the linen provided was of good quality. Housekeeping staff were prompt and responsive whenever I requested room cleaning or a change of bed linen and bathroom towels. The Wi-Fi speed was reliable, which was much appreciated. The location is another plus—just a short walk from Indiranagar Metro Station—with plenty of good dining options within walking distance. A few areas could be improved: The breakfast service could be better. It would be ideal if it were served hot and made available by 7:30 AM instead of 8:00 AM, especially for guests with early schedules. Rooms located on the ground floor near the reception are affected by noise from the front desk area. Improved soundproofing or better noise control could significantly enhance comfort. For guests staying for an extended period (a week or more), a bit more flexibility with check-in and check-out times would be appreciated. Overall, the experience was positive, and with a few enhancements, it could be even better

This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The on-site dining options were exquisite, and the spa was a heavenly retreat. We can't wait to return!
