Staying here at FERN YPR from 10 Feb 2025 to 15 Feb 2025 (will vacate by 12 noon tomorrow) for 5 nights and conducted a training in the board room from 11 Feb 2025 to 14th Feb 2025. The Hotel location/ Ambience especially the maintenance of the floors, seating arrangements are really good - 4.8/5 The ever smiling reception team of Nagarajan / Ananya/ Ritupon score full marks. Had put requests for additional services for some printouts, extra time during check out and board room facilities without hesitation they obliged. Only thing i requested for 24 hour check in check out for future trainings but they couldn't decide but conveyed that they post the matter to their higher ups. All the 3 denied in a very polite way The Information about the hotel, room key card issues, passing the communications from my office to the training room etc., is awesome. The check in was awesome -done in 2 mins by Ranjay. At night 1 PM provided food as well. It seems its BAU (business as usau1) for the Housing keeping team to meticulously take the stock of the situation and maintain it. I am the trainer and during every breaks i used to go to the room (say 75 mins interval) but not seen any them and making me to wait. The toiletries / Linens are adequate. The Illumination and table set are good even to work in the nights. Mr Deb daily morning by 745 of that type will knock and standing with towels and shaving set. I took one day and denied on other days due to sustainability concerns. But they need check the flush tank flush out for preventive maintenance it may leak soon- House keeping 5/5. The room service/ break fast and lunch Special mention Mr. Bharath and Mr Pranav. Pranav during breakfast and other team member took care of us very well in the forenoon session and Mr Bharath took care of us in the afternoon session. The way he filled the lunch menu, exactly at 330 Pm he will serve the tea. Even if one or 2 participants are not taking he will personally approach and confirm and then only he will move. Honestly he served with a personal touch. The food menu / spread and taste is good and the chef team scores 4.5/5. Only point more ice in the juices and we are drinking more water Lol The Board Room the chairs and space is good for the training. But we the intercom is not working and we need to come out and call the person . WIFI passwords for the participants is not working properly which had some hiccups. Suggestions: The sustainability slogans are there but is it followed ? please relook into it. Rest overall is good. C u in april for the next training
