Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Whitefield, Bengaluru

I recently celebrated my birthday at keys select by Lemon Tree Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience, thanks to the amazing staff, especially Sonam, Saikat, Biplab, and Sree. From the very first call, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They helped plan a lovely celebration with thoughtful details, from decorations to a special cake, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team was attentive and genuinely invested in making my day unforgettable. They took care of every detail so that I could simply relax and enjoy. The room setup was stunning, and they even organized a surprise for me, which was a delightful touch. It’s rare to find such personalized and heartfelt service in hospitality, but the team here exceeded my expectations.

I quite familiar to keys hotel as often i do visit regarding business purpose. The last stay was amazing. Call received from the management earlier a day before to make my stay hassle-free. Check-in experience was smooth and well organized. They provided a well maintained newly renovated room.the reserved accommodation felt like a multi-star property. All amenities are being provided as per my requirements. The buffet served was really delicious . Therefore, my overall experience was enjoyable and property was well maintained as compared to other hotel's listed in lemon tree.

I would like to thank Sarath and his team for the wonderful experience to make my most important day extremely special. Sarath and his team has organized and managed the entire event so we'll that I have no words to share. Starting from my reservation to the banquet the guest arrival and departures everything was perfect. I have booked 30 Rooms for my event for 2 days for all the functions starting from Mehandi to reception till the wedding. Each and every event had a different theme and the menu was perfect. The highlight was the wedding menu which was the traditional food which was the best. All my friends and relatives whoever were staying enjoyed each and every moment which made them feel they were special and special attention was provided to them. Thanks once again to all the team members especially Sarath, Priya and Reema for making it the best event of my life.

Staffwas realy great,they hepe me alot during my stay,food ok ok Room service was good ,house keeping staff ,rima was great and helpful,sree ,sonam,soni,saikat ranjith rahul anupama biplab dinakar are very friendly and courthouse about their guests,

Room is very clean and service is nice . Sonam , Anupama biplab and Rahul are very helpful, treated with at most hospitality……….Like the room and food especially breakfast . WiFi is too good.Suphal Ram sanjib very helpful while room cleaning………….

The staffs were supportive especially Sonam and Anupama. I would recommend this to all. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with modern conveniences, including a plush bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar. The attention to detail was evident, from the crisp linens to the complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping maintained the room flawlessly each day, adding a personal touch with neatly arranged towels and a fresh aroma. One of the highlights was the dining experience—both the breakfast buffet and in-room dining offered a diverse selection of fresh, delicious food. The on-site restaurant had an inviting atmosphere and a menu that catered to various tastes.
