Monarch Luxur - Infantry Road

The staff in the hotel is the best. They help us a lot with all the problems that you have the first days in India. Breakfast is quite good.

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel, ideal location to walk across to Commercial street. I had a glitch with the dates i booked and paid for and the team were amazing in refunding and resolving the issue for me.

I stayed at Monarch Luxur in March 2024. This is an old hotel but it is clean. The rooms are outdated, and the bathrooms need a revamp. Breakfast was basic and traditional Indian, with not ***y options for someone who would not want to eat Indian food for breakfast.

Fantastic location, walking distance from our favourite Commercial Street, we spent two days there and a stay was amazing, humble staff, good morning breakfast spread and ***y more… hotel room was clean and hygienic.. staff were cooperative and respectful specially Mr Hamid and Hussain from reception

Best for families and also the important point is that nearby shopping area. Shivaji Nagar and commercial Street for all shopping lovers. So I recommend for all family members to stay in monarch Luxor in Shivaji Nagar. Rooms are clean and tidy Mr Hamid was best supp4tice

Excellent stay. More comfortable and clean rooms. Its staff is so humble and welcoming specially at the reception Mr. Hamid has been so warm and welcoming. Apart from the staff, the hotel is located at the center of the city and right next to shopping place called commercial street.

Presently staying in this property at Room 305, this place is undergoing some serious changes, they have shifted the main reception to the back of the building and facilities in the Hotel is very limited. Even most of the Items in the Menu Card are not available. Continental and Tandoor items are not available. At present, they are even not providing - Laundry Services. Though, we have booked this place for 3 nights, now having second thoughts about it. Can not say much, about the housekeeping and other services. Things will be more clear by tomorrow afternoon.

Me and my wife had a terrible experience from this property on 15th july…we reached the property at 11:30, we were super tired after a long drive from kerala, literally 10 hours drive on single stretch. The receptionist were polite and gentle and the allocated room was 419 on the fourth floor. The room size was really small than described, when I entered to the toilet there was no shower towel, shower kit, and dental kit…later we realised the AC was not working..its been 30 minutes since i called the reception for sorting this issue ,Cant believe this is a 4star property…never come this side by mistake

Decent hotel at a good location. It is rather quiet, and a little on the expensive side (Rs 3900 per night). However, I booked at the last minute and there were few choices in this locality. Major shopping areas are nearby, metro about 1 km away, clean and safe roads outside, and helpful staff.
