The Oterra

A comfortable restaurant with good breakfast. The expansive direct sunlight is a great start to the day. Many restaurants in the hotel offering different selections. Very comfortable rooms. The location is rather hard to get out during peak hours. But highly recommend.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The services are great. The duty manager was exceptional responsible and took time to follow up with my cancellation of a night due to a last minute change. However, the room I stayed was rather rundown and towels provided were not really as clean (greyish with stains). Sockets on the bedside were not working. Breakfast selection is also average.

I spent several weeks at The Oterra Hotel in April and May 2025 and really enjoyed my time there. Right from the start, everyone made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The staff at the entrance and at the reception were always so kind and friendly, coming back after work really felt like coming home. A special mention to Mary, Anisha and Manju C. The housekeeping and laundry teams were quick, efficient and reliable, which made things easy, especially for a long stay. I also very much appreciated the well-organized travel desk and the great drivers, which made commuting in Bangalore almost feel easy. My room was on the 11th floor and I loved waking up to the beautiful view every morning. It was quiet, clean and I had everything I needed for a pleasant long stay. The bed was so big and so comfortable, I actually missed it after leaving! There was a wide variety of tasty, fresh food every day - a huge compliment to the Chefs and the kitchen crew. I especially loved breakfast. I really miss the delicious Masala and Mysore Dosas! The wonderful restaurant staff also deserves to be mentioned. They always took good care of me and made sure I had everything! My stay at the Oterra was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I felt very well taken care of and hope to stay here again in the near future. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay!
