The pillows were big. I requested for a smaller one they arranged it for me. My suggestion is to have multiple pillow cushion materials and different sizes. This will help the customer to choose the pillow they need as per their preferences.

I had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The interior design is excellent, offering a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk team, especially Priyanka, was incredibly supportive and made the check-in process seamless. The rooms are beautifully designed with thoughtful accessories for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread curated by Chef Sunil Singh – every dish was well-prepared and flavorful. The valet parking and security services were efficient and professional. The hotel’s prime location adds to its charm, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at this property multiple times before, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I expected a higher level of service, but unfortunately, that was far from what I received. Upon arrival, I requested an upgrade to a suite, which was available according to the HHonors app. However, the front desk staff ignored my request, offering no explanation or alternative. It felt as though they were deliberately trying to avoid helping me. Breakfast was another major issue. The breakfast spread was nearly empty, with no idlis or vadas available. The live egg counter chef took my order and then disappeared, leaving me waiting for an extended period. Eventually, a lady came by asking if I needed anything, informing me that they were closing for the day. It was well before the scheduled closing time, and it felt as though they were just trying to rush us out. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service. I have always enjoyed staying here, but this visit was nothing short of a letdown. It seems that something has changed in their leadership or management, due to which the staff are not happy serving and it is impacting their overall guest experience. What was once a 5-star experience has now dropped to negative stars. As a loyal Diamond member, I expected better, and I am truly upset by the way I was treated.

Hotel itself is really good, food is okay, is expensive relative to other places. The staff are slow, you’re waiting 10 mins for your drink even if you’re the only one in there, but they are generally nice. I would stay there again when in Bangalore

Very nice hotel with excellent quality rooms and ambience . Very friendly hotel staff. Rooms are equipped with very good facilities. I like the cake they provided in the room when I arrived at 3 AM in the morning. Warm cookie they give at check in is excellent

We just went to Drip for a high tea the customer experience by Nyangla was fabulous the sweetest person over there and the pasteries by Kalil oh my god loved them very beautiful atmosphere overall an absolutely lovely experience please visit if you need good things to eat ***** with good ambience and service!!!
