Booked hotel in advance for a sister milestone birthday trip. Location was on main strip so that was good; however, was a little ways out so not easy to walk. Thought it was closer to central downtown. Called and requested an early check in and was told the room would be ready at 1pm. Showed up just before 4 and there was a line up to register because the rooms hadn't been released yet. Hotel is quite old and run down. It smelled wet and musty. The room was quite dirty (stuff on the carpet, dust on appliances and very dirty on top of valance. In need of a major overhaul. We were expecting it to be very noisy at night based on noise experience in the afternoon; however, it was very quiet - which was a pleasant surprise. Was recommended we have breakfast at sister hotel down the street (Royal Canadian Lodge) and that was a debacle. Will not go back there. Adrian at the check in desk was very professional, calm and apologetic. He WAS the saving grace of the stay. Two thumbs up and 5 stars for Adrian. The hotel itself...not so much - likely won't be back.

Everything else was perfect! But the internet was absolutely terrible. I could not even open simple websites. I had to use the hotspot from my phone for everything.

Great room and awesome service

It has the atmosphere of an old furnished mountain region apartment but the cleaning services is rough. I found two and more but shells and bugs body on the rug after I checked in. The location isn’t too far from downtown Banff however under the coldness it would be rough walking to town. Parking is extra (14.99cad not fee as the page stated on trip.com) phone to ask the details before booking this place… it’s an ok place to stay just not great for family vocation.

Everything is good besides the location. If you come with your car, then location isn’t a matter to you. But it still takes like 10 minutes walking to the Main Street and Hight school station. Surprisingly, the wooden floor comes with heat.

The room with the kitchenette is great if your traveling with others. The pool was nice.

Very convenient location while staying at Banff~

Excellent in every regard -- location, cleanliness, service and parking. The loft suite was beautiful. It felt cold at times and the fire place helped. Got a fantastic deal and I would take that one up once again.

Absolutely unique two story rooms were one of the best parts of my trip.

Mooi hotel. Wij hadden een mooie grote kamer. Bedden sliepen uitstekend. Badkamer was perfect. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

這家旅館在班夫大街上，衞生，環境，設施都屬中等偏上，同樣的，價格實屬偏上，（實在找不到其他，才訂它們的房間），至於服務，它們的前台（reception and lobby ） 從晚上11點到早上7點關門，不像其他酒店旅館，在這個時間段，客人有需要時，至少有個地方給客人坐坐，避避班夫的寒風，因此，我們在早上等車到卡爾加里機場時，衹能在門外寒風中站着等車，（班夫剛下完雨，雨後的班夫漂亮也越發寒意十足，班夫大街上有旅館已經生火取暖了）。
