I recently stayed at Shivdhara @ Palanpur with my famliy, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.The front desk staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming. I had to call housekeeping several times to get clean towels, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned when I arrived,The staff was not only unresponsive but also seemed indifferent to my concerns. When I raised issues with management, I was met with excuses rather than any solution.I will not be returning, and I suggest others avoid this place as well.

This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hospitality from the staff was abysmal, bordering on hostile. The room's air conditioning was completely dysfunctional, and there was no one available to fix the issue. When I requested a different room, the staff responded with utter indifference, making the situation even more unbearable with their senseless and rude remarks. To top it all off, the food they served was atrocious, presented under the pretense of being the "chef's choice." This property is a disaster in every sense—poorly managed, with a staff that is not just uncooperative but downright unpleasant. This was the most dreadful hospitality experience I have ever encountered.

Nitin Shah We recently visited this resort and found the services to be extremely below par.The reception staff especially was very inattentive and very unhelpful with no intention to make the guests' stay comfortable. We went with young kids and they couldn't enjoy any of the amenities as swimming pool was dirty and the indoor activities room didn't have electricity. No extra bed provided(said it was unavailable)even though we had mentioned it before hand. Room were clean, kitchen staff was helpful but overall management was very in efficient and not hospitable at all. The food on the premises was overly expensive but not great quality. A can of coke was circa 470/-, a cup of tea was 320/- We had to cut short our trip from 2 nights to 1 night, as our kids were so bored and had literally nothing to do.and our money was not refunded too.Having paid for 2 nights, the receipt was only prepared for one night. No one was ready to clarify this error. We tried to speak to the manager Mr Ganpat Singh several times, but he was not ready to speak or discuss. He did not even come out of his cabin. They told us that our driver will be given food, which was so so sub standard that he couldn't even eat it. The whole resort, approximately 120 rooms, our 2 rooms were only occupied. Even then , they were unable to handle it. We will not recommend this resort to anyone, it's a total waste of time, money and energy.

It's very beautiful resort in ariveli hils we enjoy lot food was excellent staff was helpful allwaya room are clen and each room have balcony view was too good thanks to all Mr Dalpat Singh arranged trip

Food was great taste there. Awesome rooms available there. Mr mohan is perfect at service .. its oike 5 star property. Nice waterpark access facilities. Love to go agaij there. Thanks shivdhara team

Our stay at Shivdhara Resort was very satisfying. All kinds of services were excellent. The maintenance is highly commendable, excellent cleanliness in rooms as well as throughout their premise. Our meals were also very satisfying. Overall a great experience.

It was a very nice dining experience. All staff was very much helpful and cooperative in terms of service starting from enterance through lobby and inside area. We enjoyed a lot. We must visit this place again.
