We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sherton Pranburi Resort, and we must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The resort's remote location is one of its greatest charms, as it offers a peaceful and private retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic buffet breakfast. The spread was impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the addition of fresh coconuts, which added a refreshing and tropical touch to the meal. The full board option at the resort was satisfactory. However, it's worth noting that drinks were not included, and the variety of choices for meals was somewhat limited. Nevertheless, we found the overall quality of the food to be good. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lot of food stalls just outside the hotel. This gave us the opportunity to explore and sample local cuisine, adding a bit of variety to our dining experience. Additionally, the resort's proximity to the seaside was a definite plus. We enjoyed spending time by the water, taking in the beautiful views and relaxing in the serene atmosphere.

A non professional service. Very slow both check in and check out. It is not a 5 starts resort compare with other resorts I used to stay. Room outside is not clean - full of leave on the floor. Turn down bed is not as expected like other 5 stars hotel. This resort used to be Six Sense but when Sheraton took over, they cannot maintain the room and service as it must be. Too bad…not a nice experience.

Good stay. Nice villa and affortable price. Only downside is 30 minutes car ride from town

All Staffs services are excellent ! In room pool is great n privacy is good too !

It’s a Wow resorts but better come with car

Room type : Duplex Pool Villa 1 BD สระว่ายน้ำคลอรีนลึก 1.2 เมตรในห้องพัก มีเศษใบไม้ ดอกไม้ และแมลงบ้าง เพราะต้นไม้ค่อนข้างเยอะ สำหรับคนที่ไม่ถูกกับแมลง แนะนำให้พกสเปรย์ไปด้วย ห้องพักเป็นแบบ 2 ชั้น มีแอร์ทั้ง 2 ชั้น ชั้นล่างเป็นห้องนั่งเล่น มีห้องน้ำ 1 ห้อง ชั้นบนด้านนอกมีอ่างอาบน้ำ และห้องน้ำ ห้องอาบน้ำแยกกัน พนักงานทุกคนอัธยาศัยดีมาก ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ดูแลทั่วถึงมาก ให้คะแนนด้านบริการเต็มร้อย เฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่านิดนึง ถ้าปรับปรุงส่วนนี้ได้จะดีมาก

值得一住的度假酒店，性價比很高，用喜來登的價格住六善哈哈哈！老公是萬豪大使，免費升級了兩卧套房，工作任務服務態度都很好，房間特別美！唯一不足就是沒有私家海灘，早餐比較一般

ห้องพักใหญ่มากจนตกใจ ได้บ้านแบบ 2 ชั้นมาเลย แต่เล่นน้ำไม่ค่อยสะดวกเท่าไร เพราะเศษใบไม้เต็มสระเลย

酒店係屬於大自然風格，但是滅蚊方便做得不錯，當然還有一些小昆蟲，但正常的，所有員工都10分有禮，服務也很好，唯獨第一晚，晚上11點多臨瞓覺的時候發現床舖應該尚未更換，枕頭、床單位置有多處污跡，被子也有拋物線的污跡，立刻致電前台，有一個應該係男人經理，立刻過嚟處理，安排了升級房間，也派人給我們收拾行李，但係倒楣的我，早上還在乾淨的泳池游水，中午下了陣大雨以後，泳池變了啡色（應該是沖洗到椰子樹），酒店也派出服務人員淨化水及不斷落一些白色粉末，經過一晚也沒有太大進展，結果又提議換房間，但因為我第二朝就要check out了，唔想勞師動眾，結果第二日開了隔離的房間給我們使用泳池，特別想讚賞一個叫KK的女經理，因為一波三折的關係也浪費了一天的時間給他們出出入入處理又使用不了泳池，其實我心情也有點差，但是真的感覺她積極處理問題，甚至自己親自去收拾另外一間房間給我們使用泳池，明明不是她的問題，也不斷誠懇道歉，另外，餐廳的員工服務也很好，食物味道也不錯，我們是買了包三餐的套票，他們提早給我們預留位置及set定嬰兒座椅。

房間和環境很自然，服務員非常素質差，雖然我的英文不是很好，但交流沒有問題。餐廳服務員會反覆強調你説的英文，然後竊竊私語笑，在餐廳的女服務員態度更是惡略，衹問單詞“coffee or tea”你説了tea，她仍舊反覆確認tea？tea！ok ，tea，拿你當**一樣，非常值得回味。這泰國跪舔歐美的奴才樣啊，感受一下就知道了，包括拿行李的，也特別瞧不起中式英文，都怪自己讀書少，不能説人家歧視。但特別奇怪，亞裔選擇他家的真不少

非常適合呆上1-2周。 與世隔絕的感受。 出門有一條小吃街，在海邊。 度假其實最重要的還是和什麼人一起度過哈！

เนื่องจากต้นไม้กับบ่อบัวเยอะเลยทำให้มีใบไม้ร่วงตลอดเวลา แมลงแอบเยอะ แต่ในตัวห้องสะอาดมาก ทางไปขับรถยากนิดนึงเพราะโค้งเยอะมาก แต่ตัวโรงแรมอยู่ติดทะเล ตอนกลางคืนมีร้านขายอาหารมาตั้งเยอะมาก เวิร์คสุดๆ อาหารของห้องอาหารโรงแรมอร่อยมาก พนักงานเอาใจใส่ดี
