Saura Hotel, Agra

It is a great place to come with family and freinds, Ambience super cool facilities and especially the food and service too good. Would recommend to all my known ones for a luxurious feel and short or long trip to Agra the wah Taj City. Would like to mention the hospitality of Mr Umesh Sharma Mr Hemant and Mr Neeraj Kumar. I just have the best breakfast in this year and the staffs are amazing. We had our best time in this hotel. My baby also had a wonderful time with the staff. They are very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely visit come again to visit Agra. Thanks to all of them.

The check-in process was a nightmare, taking over an hour to complete. Despite our request, the staff refused to provide us with two room keys, citing an unreasonable policy. This is unheard of in any reputable hotel. The bathroom was filthy, as evident from the attached photos. It's clear that cleanliness is not a priority for this hotel. Furthermore, something as basic as Wi-Fi took them an hour to provide, and even then, the code they gave us didn't work. Front desk executive Amar Kant exhibited the worst behavior. When we asked for the manager's contact information to address these issues, he outright refused. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer care. I would strongly advise against staying at Saura Hotel. There are far better options in Agra that offer clean facilities and respectful, efficient service.

Staff was very helpful and friendly in nature, we felt like it was home for us. Umesh sharma ji greeted us with warm feelings and dinner was very tasty. Hotel ambience is very good and luxurious. Hotel location is at outskirts of the city. Overall it was great experience.

The hotel and amenities are excellent. The food prepared by Sh. Dinesh, Chef was awesome and service of Sh. Umesh Sharma are very pleasant. I like to mention the aloo and makhana sabji was something very special for me as it reminds so many memories of past. Thanks to Club Mahindra of Team Saura Hotel for for making our stay vey joyful.

Property is really nice and well maintained. Staff is really helpful and cheerful. Sneha Paswan, Pooja, Neeraj and Bhupinder from food and beverage department were very nice and helpful as I was staying with 2 year old toddler. Property is kids friendly. They have kids play area, Pool etc. Kids enjoyed puppet show as well. House keeping staff were also very efficient in keeping our demands.
