Hotel Alt Bamberg

I was in Bamberg and booked this hotel on *********** I made mistake and booked room on wrong date So i went to the Hotel to explain the Situation When i got there, there is nobody there it is a key code box outside. I had a contact number so i rang them and explained mistake, they told me they have no information on me, even though i gave them a booking number Every time i use *********** i get an automatic conformation e-mail and so does the hotel. I waited a few hours to make sure they get a conformation i phoned them back they still said they had no record of my booking, i therefore had to find another hotel. Then was charged for the room when i got back home. If someone had been there it could have been easily sorted out, the mix up would have been dealt with I therefore would never use a hotel without a point of contact, i always will now use a hotel which hss a reception somebody there that can help with issues *********** understood my situation and tried to get me a refund, however the hotel refused So be careful using this hotel as there is nobody in charge at the property so if you get a problem there, there is nobody to help you

Es war eine einzige Katastrophe. Zimmer sehr klein, direkt unter dem Dach gelegen, extrem warm, schlechte Lüftung, alles sehr mickrig und zum Teil verschlissen und abgewrackt. Ein Besuch lohnt nicht. Preis für die Leistung , Zimmer, fehlenden Service eine glatte 6 . KEINESWEGS ZU EMPFEHLEN

186 € für ein 70-er Jahre Zimmer mit Jugendherbergsbad. Kein Zimmerservice am Samstag. 3€ für ein kleines Wasser aus dem Getränkeautomat, der auch mal Geld schluckt, das man nicht ersetzt bekommt. Da es aber ausgebucht war, macht man offensichtlich alles richtig, sa man nicht darauf setzt, dass ein Gast wieder kommt.
