Mọi người đều thân thiện, chu đáo và luôn cố gắng hết sức để đảm bảo sự thoải mái của chúng tôi. Xin gửi lời cảm ơn đặc biệt đến Quản lý Divya, người đã thể hiện sự chuyên nghiệp đặc biệt khi giải quyết một vấn đề nhỏ mà chúng tôi gặp phải. Sự chuyên môn và lịch sự của cô ấy thật ấn tượng, và cô ấy thực sự là niềm tự hào của khách sạn. Adhi cũng vô cùng thân thiện và nồng nhiệt chào đón, khiến chúng tôi cảm thấy như đang ở nhà. Khách sạn khá tốt nhưng có thể cải thiện hệ thống truyền hình khá cũ. Tuy nhiên, dịch vụ của nhân viên rất tuyệt

Lovely hotel in a quiet location but not to far to walk to the beach or shops and bars. Nice breakfast and really amazing staff that made the stay special. Will definitely stay again. Good wifi and quiet rooms. Good sunset views. Restaurants nearby

It was really a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so professional and friendly, the room is clean and location is very convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel stated it was renovated in 2024, and this is misleading. Understand from the staff, the hotel was actually resumed operations in 2024 after momentarily closed during covid. The walk to the beach is via a quiet backlane and will not recommend for family. The location is a little off the centre of activities in Seminyak.

Towels were old. Hair blower broken. Staff were nice. Room was neat and spacious, even of it’s not that new anymore. Location of the hotel is conveniently located near center of Seminyak. There was a free shuttle service going to Seminyak Square and Petitenget beach. Overall experience was good.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The reception was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and service was prompt. The location is great and close to everything. We just hope the breakfast can be improved in the future. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I definitely recommend this hotel.

All of the services & staffs at hotels are excellent. They are very supportive and take care about guests. Me & my wife had a great time there.

The hotel is generally OK except there is no elevator and arriving guests with luggage would need to walk up a fleet of stairs before reaching main lobby located at level 2. Is also not that near to main road

Super nice staff, pathetic property. Clearly it’s old, dated, nondescript and not at all inviting property. Located 10min walk to anything and just not a place where you would love to get out and experience the property. It’s ideal for young kids, looking for a cheap place to keep their stuff and go out to party in semi yak. The best part about the place is the staff, super nice and very helpful with everything. I won’t recommend staying here unless it’s less than 100$night , anything more not worth the value equation.

Room was clean and bed was big & comfy, staff was friendly and breakfast was buffet style with a special station each day (one day it was chicken wraps, another day it was crepes etc). The hotel is located quite deep in but Grab was easy to book and cheap! The hotel also provides free buggy/shuttle service (best to book in advance) at certain timings and to certain locations like Potato head, Seminyak village and flea market etc. The hotel also prepped a very nice surprise to celebrate our special occasion with us!

Very comfortable and clean room, staff is friendly with smiling face. Our room is big，high value for the money. We really enjoyed staying in the room. It’s a good choice if you staying in seminyak.

I likeda location, it is in Seminyak but in very quite place, no sound of motorbikes or another. You need just go 5-10 min by walk and will reach Seminyak public places (restaurants, bars, massage and Spa, lounges, cheap public loundry, money exange and etc). Nice pool inside yeard. Undergroud parking if you will rent car or bike. Big rooms with very comfortable beds. Gym very little and old. Very king and plesure all staff. Very cozy and nice docorated hotel lobby.
