Đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Discovery Kartika Plaza. Mặc dù khách sạn có vẻ cũ kỹ, nhưng được bảo dưỡng khá tốt do mới được cải tạo gần đây. Các tiện nghi của khách sạn khá đầy đủ và giá cả (phòng và đồ ăn) phải chăng đối với một khách sạn 5 sao. Có lối đi dành cho người đi bộ thẳng đến Trung tâm thương mại Discovery n*** bên cạnh và Bãi biển Kuta. Mặc dù khách sạn này hiện không có bãi biển riêng, nhưng hiện tại một bãi biển đang được xây dựng và dự kiến ​​hoàn thành trong vòng 1 năm. Một số gợi ý từ tôi để cải thiện thêm: mặc dù tôi có chiều cao trung bình, nhưng tôi thấy giường đôi hơi nhỏ (chân tôi đã vượt quá mép giường). Tôi cũng nghĩ rằng TV thông minh trong mỗi phòng nên là tiêu chuẩn hiện nay, đặc biệt là nếu khách sạn này tự quảng cáo là thân thiện với gia đình. Đã đến đây hơn 15 năm. Khách sạn ở vị trí tuyệt vời. Đây là khu vực khá yên tĩnh của Bali (không yên tĩnh như Sanur) - nhưng dễ dàng đến các khu vực đông đúc hơn như Legian và Seminyak. Thực sự có thể thư giãn ở đây và ở lại trong khuôn viên khách sạn và đáp ứng mọi nhu cầu của bạn. Cá nhân tôi thích làm điều này và ra ngoài ăn tối. Khách sạn cũ - nhưng nhìn chung vẫn trong tình trạng tốt. Khuôn viên rất đẹp. Giá cả rất tốt và phản ánh vị trí của khách sạn. Cùng vị trí ở Seminyak sẽ đắt gấp 3 lần. Tôi bắt đầu đến đây khi tôi có con nhỏ. Bây giờ chúng đã lớn và bầu không khí xung quanh khách sạn trong chuyến đi của tôi vào tháng 5 năm 2025 rất yên tĩnh/đám đông lớn tuổi chỉ để thư giãn. Một số nhà hàng tuyệt vời gần đó - nhưng rất nhiều nhà hàng thực sự tốt cách đó 30 phút lái xe taxi ở Seminyak (mất nhiều thời gian như vậy do tình trạng giao thông và đường sá - thực tế không quá xa về mặt km). Nhân viên tại khách sạn rất đặc biệt. Không thể chê dịch vụ ở đây và tôi chưa bao giờ chê trong quá khứ. Một số phòng tắm trông hơi cũ - nhưng điều đó không hoặc sẽ không ảnh hưởng đến kỳ nghỉ của tôi hoặc sự thích thú của tôi tại khách sạn. Có những phòng có vòi sen bước vào - có thanh vịn mà tôi thực sự khuyên dùng cho những người có vấn đề về khả năng vận động. Các phòng có bồn tắm (vòi sen ở trên bồn tắm) thì dốc và khá cao (một lần nữa không phải là vấn đề đối với tôi - nhưng sẽ là vấn đề đối với mẹ tôi). Các phòng ở tầng trệt rất tuyệt - đi thẳng ra bãi cỏ và khuôn viên. Tôi tin rằng hầu hết các phòng này chỉ có bồn tắm (có vòi sen tích hợp) - vì vậy có thể không lý tưởng cho những người có vấn đề về hông/khả năng vận động. Nơi này cũng cực kỳ gần sân bay (mặc dù không ồn ào) nên không cần phải mất nhiều thời gian để đến khách sạn và hoặc quay lại sân bay.

giờ nhận phòng phải là 2 giờ chiều nhưng tôi đến lúc 3 giờ chiều và có thể nhận phòng lúc 3:30 chiều. Không có đồ uống chào mừng. Không ai giúp hướng dẫn chúng tôi cả. Dịch vụ thậm chí còn tệ hơn cả khách sạn thông thường.

Khách sạn đẹp, có hồ bơi lớn, tuy nhiên hồ bơi khá sâu 180 độ xung quanh nên không phù hợp nếu bạn muốn nhúng mình hoặc không biết bơi. Chỉ cần đi bộ một đoạn ngắn là đến 2 bãi biển chính. Đường đi có đường mòn và có nhà hàng, trung tâm thương mại và chợ trên đường. Phía bên kia của khách sạn là Phố chính với đầy đủ tiện nghi. Điểm đáng thất vọng duy nhất là dịch vụ trong bữa sáng, khi đồ uống đã gọi không được mang đến, sau khi đồ uống của tôi được dọn sạch trong khi tôi lấy đồ ăn và các món ăn không được giám sát. Ngoài ra, các sự kiện buổi tối không được quảng cáo rõ ràng. Sẽ tốt hơn nếu có áp phích về các sự kiện hàng tuần được trưng bày trong phòng. Ngoài ra, đây là một khách sạn đẹp, nơi bạn có thể thư giãn và cảm thấy an toàn. Vị trí tuyệt vời. Các món ăn của nhà hàng bít tết thật tuyệt vời. Quầy bar trên bãi biển cũng có nhiều lựa chọn.

Is an old hotel. The only new thing is the lift. The toilet shower holder is so old and stain that looks like 1 star hotel. Generally services are good. The hair dryer is poor that you have to press so hard continuesly while using.The basin discharge is very slow and many time the water fill up when u wash your hands. Breakfast is not many variety but is ok for me.

Great service for most part except for an instance when my kid accidentally fell near the lobby and I went to ask the front desk if they have a band aid. They said no which is unbelievable considering that hotel should have first aid kit on standby? We got upgraded to pool view from garden view which is adds lots of points for me. Hotel’s morning buffet has great variety, fresh and delicious. Staffs are very friendly. Definitely enjoyed it. Room is clean, water pressure is great, bed is comfy. However our shower door is faulty, its hinges are faulty, which caused the door to be opened for about 6” and cannot be closed properly. So we have to be careful not to spray the shower head out. Lots of things happening around the hotel: cafes, restaurants, mall, bars. Good for family who like to explore around town. If you like quiet and private, nusa dua will be better. But Kuta is very convenient. Will definitely recommend family and friends to stay here and visit again.

The hotel is generally good. The facilities and staff are amazing. The restaurants inside the hotel are also surprisingly good and popular. The only bad thing about the hotel is that the room is old already. The pipe of the shower is leaking as well. But with this price, the location and services are better than we expected. Highly recommend to our friends and family.

Pretty big hotel/resort, great pool with swim up bar. Main boardwalk right out front that goes into the depths of Kuta and all along the coastal front. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Refreshing welcome Drink on arrival Was a nice touch. Bell boys very happy to help at any convenience. Rooms Are a fairly big and clean, but outdated. We had a lovely ‘welcome’ in room Which was upgraded. I Let them know of a special Occasion and the had a nice price of chocolate cake there with swans and rose Petals. Beers from $4.5 AUD for Bali Hai and $7 for Bintang at the pool bar that shuts 830pm.. In a good location, if you like it close to the airport.  Bamboo sports bar across the street has happy hour beers 4-6pm at $2.5. 1 min walk from Waterbom. Next door to discovery mall with plenty of eateries/ restaurants and shops near by.  A few good seafood restaurants about 3-5 min walk toward Kuta.  Matilda sports bar 5 min walk in one direction and Grace Kelly Irish bar 7 mins walk in the other. 10 min walk to St Francis Xavier Church.  Plenty of souvenir stalls in every direction and money change. Money change to AUD is usually $4-$5 per $100 worse off than actual live exchange rate so dont go looking for the best deal. They are all the same. Breakfast was very decent, a lot to offer for western, Asian, and Indian. Plenty of fruit , coffee and juice and cereal.  Restaurant directly at the front of property facing the beach was lovely to relax at sunset and watch people walk by and take photos. Usually live music everynight there. Other bits and pieces going on.  Spa was $110 for a 60 min couples Bali massage which was relaxing! Other packages get higher in cost.  Tennis available if you like, have to rent everything,  also they cook omelettes at breakfast. Overall excellent value for money. We had a lovely stay!
