Căn phòng hiện đại và đẹp đẽ, ngoại trừ việc chúng tôi gặp phải một con gián nhỏ trên quầy khi chúng tôi bước vào phòng. Tôi đã cảnh giác cao độ khi người bạn của tôi đăng ký vào một phòng khác cũng tìm thấy 1 con gián nhỏ trong phòng cô ấy và người biết rằng phòng của chúng tôi cũng có một con. Cửa phòng tắm cũng có sai sót vì nó không thể giữ nước vào và tấm thảm trải sàn đã bị ướt hoàn toàn. Chúng tôi đã đăng ký rất muộn và rời đi vào buổi sáng nên tôi không thể bình luận quá nhiều về các tiện nghi.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short stroll to Kuta Beach. The staff are friendly with great services. Breakfast is great with good variance and spread. The roof top swimming pool albeit a bit small is just awesome for a chill time..

Good location right at kuta beach. Room is modern and big with no fridge. Eateries everywhere. Mall just 5 mins down the road. Beautiful sunset view at rooftop bar. Small swim pool overlooking the great beach. Comes with free laundry, high tea. Has small gym. Highly recommended.

Nice modern hotel with great pool and location. Welcome drinks when we arrived 30 mins ahead of check in was a great service. 24 hour gym is fantastic with all the essentials: treadmill, free weights, cable machine, bench. Our bathroom sink plug was jammed, preventing water from going down properly.

My Honest Opinion….the hotel is awesome spot. Right infront of the beach with beautiful waves and all. Shopping sprees. Service was great. The room was nice but dont pay for the balcony as my balcony is facing and old or not ready building. Kinda eerie or crap. But inside was perfect for the price. The breakfast….i wont pay extra in future. Rather eat outsite if u can. Overall its a nice stay. The staff makes the whole place nice n welcome

Location is very convenient. Everything about the hotel is up to Accor’s standard. My stays included complimentary drinks, afternoon tea and breakfasts. The staffs are friendly, helpful and informative. If you have early morning trip, tell them you have to pack breakfast. Perfect stay!

The kuta beach is just across this hotel,i loved their services that they provided the best service they can. breakfast is ok, the pool was great, a place to see sunset and even just to hangout by the pool watching the waves from level 6. The staffs are attentive only downside is that the balcony is facing to another building we had high tea by the pool and it was a great experience…this place is near to bars and restaurants as well as shopping mall thank you team Tribe really appreciate the service that you have given us 🙏 also they even provided me with the small birthday treat we really enjoyed it will see you again

The location is very good, next to Kuta beach, and the views of the pool on 6/F is really nice that can watch the sunset clearfully, just a bit traffic nearby but it is acceptable! Also the hotel serving us a free afternoon tea is just perfect! Room is good looking, clean and functional. Highly recommand!!

A good hotel at an adequate price. Delicious breakfast on the roof. There is also a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sunset on the roof. Attentive staff. The rooms are not very big.

Poorly maintained room with cockroach in it. The room is not clean with broken door and hair on the ground. When I report the issues to the hotel, the only response I got is ‘Oh my god’…the view is great at the top floor, the gym is small but have some of the basics.
