Glad to be back at the familiar JAPA Suites and Villas. Was greeted with Welcome Drinks upon arrival. Service from the staff was impeccable. However, cleanliness in the room can be better. Spotted a roach hiding into the gap under the wall separating the bedroom and toilet on the first night (probably due to fogging). Breakfast was good. E-butler on Whatsapp was very responsive. Location was good.

I bet this hotel is one of the best within the ubud area. the place is clean and neat, food is excellent, and every employee is kind and knows how to deal with customers. I firstly booked for 3 days, and I was really satisfied, so I stayed another 2 more days. i am definitely going to visit again. this place is awwweeeeeeeeessssooooommmmee!!!!!

Exceptional Service, Delicious Breakfast, but Bathroom Odor an Issue I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with the level of service provided. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay quite comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was great and delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The quality of the food was excellent, and it was a perfect start to each day. However, I did encounter an issue with the bathroom. There was a noticeable smell coming from the toilet, which was quite unpleasant. Despite informing the staff, the problem persisted throughout my stay. This was a bit disappointing and affected the overall experience. If the bathroom odor issue can be addressed, this hotel would certainly be a top choice due to its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic breakfast. I hope management takes steps to resolve this problem for future guests.

Everything was pretty good and we're enjoyed all of things!!

Located off the main street, our villa is quiet n yet near many good eateries, massage n even a supermarket within 10mins walk. Love our beautiful room n healthy, fusion breakfast which we choose to be sent n eaten beside the villa’s pool. V relaxing place to stay in Ubud n highly recommend it for families. Ground floor of villa has 2 single beds n upstairs has 1 king bed.

The staff were so fro and helpful, the room was spotless my only fault I could find is I could hear the guests in the next room to clearly, not sure if that was because they were noisy of if the adjoining walls are to thin Location also very good close to restaurants and bars, etc Would definitely recommend and stayed there twice now snd both times have been excellent

Spacious room. Relatively clean but cleanliness could be improved in the area.

Wonderful experience. Conveniently located and staff were all friendly and helpful. Always contactable via WhatsApp. Spa was nice and good. Wide range of breakfast to choose from and can be served to the room. Definitely my go to accommodation when I’m in the area.
