Phòng khách sạn hơi có mùi mốc. Có lẽ vì quá gần biển nên tôi không thể nói đủ về đồ ăn. Chỉ là nhân viên khách sạn cũng rất ngon. rằng hệ sinh thái rất tuyệt. Ngoài ra, máy điều hòa không đủ.

Absolutely incredible experience! The staff were always smiling, super friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every single day. The service was the best I’ve ever seen truly top-notch. Facilities were world-class, the breakfast spread was amazing, shuttle bus service was smooth and reliable, and everything was just flawless. The resort is near to the airport, perfect for my stay at the last night. The room is clean and tidy, i sleep very well. The shuttle to Bali collection and the beach is good. It would be the best if the shuttle can run more frequently.

Amazing hotel! The best in Bali of all where we were! Great service, rooms, very clean. Food is delicious and a lot of choice! Pools are not overcrowded, there are free sunbeds! Great kids club and staff in it. Already booked our next trip here.

Our stay at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort was truly exceptional! The resort’s blend of modern luxury and Balinese charm created a perfect tropical escape. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious international and local dishes. The pool area and spa were the ultimate spots for relaxation. The resort provides an hourly transportation option to the nearby beach and have their setup at the beach too. The resort is awesome!!! All staff very friendly and helpful even though you do wait a while to get what you ask for (wardrobe door unreilled and waited 5 hours for them to come and fix it, but seems it is a common thing as we experienced the same slow service at outside the resort restaurants). Bali collection (shopping and dining area) also very nice! The kids club have a nice program too! Outdoor swimming pools awesome! 3 restaurants on the resort to choose from- all food very yummie and very wide variety!  Thank you to all staff and the chefs that made our 1 week stay a memorable one!

This hotel is truly one of the best! The accommodations are spotless, and the entire facility is incredibly family-friendly. Kids are treated to free ice cream, and the kids’ club offers a variety of fun, free activities to keep them entertained. Breakfast is a highlight—definitely not to be missed. What made my stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday surprise. The staff decorated my room and gifted me a birthday cake, making me feel truly celebrated. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and kid-friendly hotel with excellent service, this is the perfect choice!

Hotel is very comfortable, spacious 49m2, large twin bed 140 enough to accomodate 4 people

we have been almost at all Bonvoy Marriott hotels , but this one is top one. location, service , breakfast , has one beach at first line, we loved and enjoyed staying here, will be back again!

I had an amazing stay at the Nusa Dua Renaissance Resort! The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a stunning view of the swimming pool—absolutely perfect for relaxing.
