Lembongan Island Beach Villas

We stayed 4 nights in Villa 10 as a family of five. The views are amazing however the 150+ steep stairs are not for the faint hearted so select a lower unit if you don’t fancy stairs :) The staff at LIBV are fantastic and the prices for food, drink and mini-bar are very reasonable. The views from Villa 10, the large balcony and private pool meant it was a great little sanctuary to rest and relax. We were met from the boat at 9am and were shown directly to our villa as it was available immediately which was fantastic and meant we could relax straight away. There was work occurring on a villa whilst we were there and we were given a free cocktail each day for the inconvenience however we didn’t hear the construction once. The staff, particularly Yusti and Komang were fantastic and the porters amazed us with how they navigated the steep hills with luggage. We would definitely stay again

We loved our stay here with our daughter. The property, like many others on this side of Jungutbatu, is built on a steep hill, which means great views from every villa but be mindful of how many steps you are happy to do versus the view you want. The staff are so welcoming and work hard to make your stay effortless. The pool is small but more than enough given the great view and plenty of seating for guests including a large daybed/cabana with good shade. The pool bar is open from 7-7 and the happy hour is popular. When we visited there was some construction happening on the property between 8-5 every day so the resort offered us each a complimentary daily cocktail as a gesture, which is more than some places provide in the same situation. The hotel feels more personal than some of the larger properties on Lembongan that we visited for food and drinks and its proximity to Coconut Beach, Spring Spa and The Deck make it hard to justify venturing too far. There is also the most excellent and cheap reflexology place just in the laneway near the hotel. Back to our villa: bedrooms have great A/C, fans elsewhere, bathrooms open style (like most of Bali), full kitchen, USB wall plugs and smart TV (Netflix etc) but still having the rustic Bali charm. The deck is huge and some villas have a plunge pool but we opted against. Breakfast is simple but well executed and if you’re bored or hungry there’s the B’Fresh or Lago cafes nearby. Housekeeping was also very well done and beds large and comfortable. My only nitpick is it would be great if staff came and lit a mosquito coil in the evening on the deck but honestly not a major deal if you carry repellant. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to beautiful NL.

One complaint about this place..... we only had 3 nights there! Facilities were excellent. The villa really well laid out with so much space including a separate lounging area out back if you wanted some time away from others. The bed was super comfortable, stocked bar fridge, and brilliant location almost on the beach where the ferrys and snokelling boats come in, and surrounded by restaurants, bars and an easy, beautiful walk (or swim if you're keen) around the corner to a gorgeous beach where you can get a great coffee (including oat milk), hire a SUP or surfboard and hit Playgrounds or Razors for a wave. As everyone else has mentioned... stairs.... a LOT of them, but great exercise and a chance to work off those cocktails and dinner, and staff carry your bags anyway. The views are incredible, the staff are wonderful, and we loved waking up to the morning chant. Highly recommend LIBV.

Brilliant villa with a view. Plenty of room and amazing staff. This villa is great value and included breakfast. The porters carried our bags to and from the boat which made our stay even better. Close to some excellent restaurants and beachside warungs.

Yes, it is Indonesia and of course there will be bugs, but our main issue with this place is that the bedrooms are not sealed from the outside. This is normal for the bathrooms in Indonesia, but for a hotel with this price tag I expected that not to be the case with the bedrooms. The way the roof meets the walls leaves a gap and there are gaps between the slats in the bathroom doors as well, which leaves multiple ways for mosquitos and other insects to enter the room. Additionally we found the cleanliness to not be in line with the price we paid. I wish we had stayed elsewhere after experiencing many other hotels in Indonesia that were better value.

Our stay at Lembongan Island Beach Villas was great. After a boat trip to the Nusa Islands it was a perfect spot to recover from the trip, relax and have an amazing view. Close to the villas you've different nice options for dinner, day trips and massage. I really would recommend the villas.

The location of the hotel was sublime and the staff incredibly caring during our entire stay. For a piece of heaven, don't miss this place to experience the beach, culture and local people. I highly recommend.

Just an amazing place to stay on an island with the perfect room and wonderful service. The room opens up to the view of the Ocean with boats arriving and leaving. We stayed in a two bedroom villa 9 with a lot of steps to climb but it was worth it as the room had a plunge pool to cool off and the beds were very comfortable with huge and the most comfortable pillows .Excellent staff and a simple breakfast which I think should include just a few more options to choose from. Remember if you are coming to this island and wish to stay in this beautiful resort you need to book in advance and take the star or glory ferry which comes right to the resort Keep up the great work and thank you for the great memories

Excellent accommodation. Comfortable beds, and well-appointed villas with ocean views. The staff was extremely helpful and the grounds and gardens were well looked after. The common pool area served delicious breakfasts every day.
