Trong thời gian tôi lưu trú, cáp treo đã đóng cửa để bảo trì và bể bơi vô cực tại nhà hàng cũng đóng cửa để tổ chức các sự kiện của họ. Cáp treo và bể bơi vô cực là điểm thu hút chính của Karma Kandara khiến tôi bị thu hút khi lưu trú tại đây. Việc đặt chỗ ở này giống như lãng phí tiền của tôi nhưng tôi không có cơ hội sử dụng cả hai cơ sở với tư cách là khách của họ. Tôi đã khiếu nại với nhân viên nhưng họ nói, họ không thể làm gì được. Các nhân viên nói với tôi rằng cáp treo sẽ đóng cửa cho đến năm sau. Tôi cảm thấy như bị lừa vì họ không đề cập đến điều này trước khi khách hàng đặt chỗ tại đây. Nó gây hiểu nhầm. Khi đang đi hưởng tuần trăng mật, tôi không muốn kéo dài nỗi buồn và tôi không biết mình có thể làm gì khác vào lúc đó. Vì vậy, sau khi trả phòng tôi đã phản hồi về những bất tiện cho Trip để yêu cầu hoàn lại một phần tiền hoặc bồi thường do những bất tiện đó. Thật không may, ban quản lý khách sạn đã từ chối bồi thường cho tôi và từ chối khiếu nại của tôi khi nói rằng hồ bơi đã được mở cửa. Kẻ nói dối tệ hại. Bãi biển đẹp và sạch nhất, nước trong, tiện nghi mát mẻ, villa tiện nghi, mọi người rất thích tiện nghi, quay lại Karma Kandara, bọn trẻ siêu vui Thật không may, hiện tại không thể sử dụng thuyền gondola để đến bãi biển, bạn phải leo rất nhiều cầu thang.

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời ở Karma Kendara. Không phàn nàn. Đối với chúng tôi, kỳ nghỉ ở đây là điểm nổi bật trong chuyến đi của chúng tôi ở Bali lần này. 🌴🙏🌅

One of the best service rendered by Private Concierge Dewi!! She briefed us in good English and ensured our stay was rly comfortable. We wanted to try out the Spa so badly but it was fully booked but the moment there was a cancellation she helped us booked it immediately. Everyday she’s checking on our comfort and safety. We were so comfy with our stay thanks to Dewi!! Also I would like to extend our gratitude to masseur - Rinanti, Dadi and Lina. Esp Rinanti - she’s so experienced and so firm and skilful with her massage skills! I like her so much - highly recommended. Kudos to Fendi and Puspa for their very friendly and welcoming therapeutic manicure session. In total we booked our massage twice and 1 manicure session for our 5 days stay. Truly enjoyed ourselves! We also met Shaun frm Karma group. He as super friendly to everyone at dinner - making his rounds trying to welcome everyone as we enjoyed cocktail night. He also extended a warm welcome to our family thanking us for the interesting 360 deg view of our villa showcased on our social media. Most welcome. Esp when our 3 room villa is super spacious, comfortable n most exquisitely adorned with a complete kitchenette too! Our family of 3 will highly recommend to stay here at 4 or 5 days at least to rest relax and enjoy the view atop the cliff. One of family’s fave way to unwind for the holidays!

Advertised as a special deal if we attended a one hour seminar. Hard sell apart, we were given an apartment room which was pokey, poorly equipped and had no outlook. There was conditioner but no shampoo, torn sheet and the minibar was not restocked. The gym was pokey and the elevator down to the beach out of order. Food was average. Whilst the view was magnificent, the location was remote. We left 3 days into a week stay. Oh, and a monkey stole my breakfast

We enjoyed a most memorable holiday stay in a private pool villa at this beautiful resort. The entire experience was enjoyable from the wonderful reception staff, the friendly buggy drivers, the cleaners and other staff who just walked by, everyone greeted us warmly and with lovely smiles. I was fortunate enough to have 2 hours in the amazing spa, the view will cause stress to melt away instantly, before the treatment begins. It was just great.

Spent the most amazing and memorable time at karma kandara resort. It's beautiful sea side location and week spread out starting quarters are very welcoming and well appointed. After a swift check-in we were allotted the villa with a sea view. The sprawling villa has three bedrooms with their own baths attached. Our villa has private pool as well which made it all the more special as we could swim daily and relax which rejuvenated us so wonderfully. We were treated everyday to a sumptuous free of cost breakfast with lots of vegetarian options. One could have a clear view of the ocean below while having an enjoyable breakfast. The staff at the "de mare" restaurant were very courteous and took care of us for over 10 days. Ms mei Lee as a senior host cared for us and we are grateful. Similarly, Mr dattaram who was deposited from karma goa unit ensured were carried for and we felt good and welcome at the resort. Our villa has so the needed gadgets and a full scale kitchen where we could quickly cook food for a completely private dinner at the villa itself. We also were very happy to spend two days in the newly constructed apartment style accommodation which offered a very beautiful panoramic view of the entire resort right upto the blue dress below The very convenient free of cost transfers to the seashore and back were very well organized. The exclusive beach area that belongs to Karma kandra resort is worthy of a special mention as they pack a very active eventful itinerary for the members. One could relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy food and drinks. The spa and the very well planned layout of the villas across the resort ensure privacy and transport environment that leads to full rejuvenation. The whole resort is full of nicely created aesthetically beautiful spots with statues and plants and during the nights they are made more attractive by the thoughtful lighting. All in all our stay was most enjoyable at the luxurious resort. We are sure to come back for more.
