We have stayed here a few times…we love the location close to beach …entertainment… shopping ..massage salon 5 min ..everything about the resort….food…staff…pool..rooms are very spacious…

Home stay is ok 20m to the beach / room was a bit small old school Bali type / we could hear our neighbours walking around upstairs ! It is what it is ! You pay for what you get right ! ❤️ location ✅ ✅ ✅!

I simply enjoyed the atmosphere at Puri Saron hotel. Great location and very near to the beach.

We have stayed several times in the past, and everything was as we remembered - excellent service with happy staff, clean room, bountiful breakfast with unlimited hot coffee and brilliant omelets etc. However there are lots of little maintenance issues - broken taps, none of the pool furniture has been upgraded, beach & bath towels could be renewed..... But we do have a gripe about the HOT WATER (rather, lack of it)! Had to run the water for 10 minutes for a luke-warm shower. Complained once and it was better for one day. Could not work out what the problem could be, and of course we coped, but it IS nice to have a lovely hot shower on holiday.

Close to the beach, nice breakfast buffet. The only issue was that our room was close to the pool and it was noisy till late at night because of the music and party at the pool every night.

隔壁就是5星酒店，走出去就是一樣的沙灘性價比高，早歺不錯，但是一個個住可以，5星級設備用不着

I booked a Super Deluxe Room for several nights in late September and early October. The room was big with a great location overlooking the pool and out to the ocean. Breakfast in the mornings was good but we had dinner there one night what was substandard. There were no problems until the 4th night of my stay when I was awakened about 2 am by the sounds of some animal in the room. I got up several times, seeing nothing and would turn off the lights and go back to sleep only to be awakened again. I finally caught sight of a rodent about the size of a rat scurrying across the dresser and across the floor the hide behind the couch. I called hotel staff and when they came to rodent had moved again but we took a picture of the scat it left behind on the floor. I moved to another room about 5 am and my suspicion is that the rodent had come through a hole in behind the clothes closet. The next day I spoke with the hotel manager who said that they had to "investigate" the incident as no one but me had seen the rodent. I was shocked by this approach as who would ever be up for several hours in the early morning if not for a real disturbance. It was only after he saw the photo of the recent scat that he acknowledged that I was telling the truth and offered a 30% discount on one night's stay (later increased to 50%). In my view this is small compensation for being up most of the night with a rodent in your hotel room! I has no other problems in the room I was relocated to for a couple nights before going to Nusa Penida.

we had a real rough start here, got put in a terrible, old smelly room for our first night. copped it on the chin as we were late getting in. went to reception first thing in the morning and pretty much insisted, we had to move as we paid for a room in the garden area and pretty much couldn't spend another night in the current room. the manager said he would try his best, I said I'll be back in 2 hours and we either move or we are going to another hotel. got back and we got all clear to move to 4111 around the garden area so happy days!! this hotel actually grew on us its old and needs maintenance everywhere but a good vibe around the place, really good pool with heaps of sun loungers and the location is ideal. the a/c leaked, and they came and fixed it ASAP, the bed was creaky and hard but still slept pretty well. the food here is dirt cheap for resort prices and very good. the brekky basic but sufficient, a good egg station and bacon. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to my friends, because there are so many other options, but we did have a pretty nice week here all up.

Convenient location, close to centre of Seminyak and Legion beach. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Gorgeous garden and pool area. Staff friendly and helpful. Property a little dated, breakfast average but there’s an egg station. Bed was a little firm but tolerable. A little noisy in main building with other guests coming home late, would recommend looking at the bungalow or villas.

My friend and I only stayed 1 night out of our 7 night stay (and only because we landed too late to check out immediately and go elsewhere). The room had clearly not been cleaned in a long time - there was hair all over the bathroom wall, the floors were dirty and left our feet feeling and looking grimy after only a few minutes of walking on them, the door to our room didn't lock, the toilet didn't flush, sheets and towels were all stained, the shower was mouldy, and the balcony door didn't close properly, letting mosquitos into the room all night. We checked out first thing the next morning and found somewhere else to stay. The staff were all very lovely, but don't make up for very poor, unkempt facilities.

The worst hotel experience I have ever lived through! Black mold in rooms 2117 2113.. tiling shower/bath and vanity.. smelt musty and dirty. Towels and bedding grey. Quilt smells dirty. Pool looks amazing but look closer.. the pool is tiled and there is mold in most of the grouting. In the deep end, the bottom 2 feet up the walls are thick mold. The area above the water level on the ocean side of the pool is thick mold.. all around the bar area. Pool towels are filthy and old. Breakfast is fine but repetitive.. and does not cater for vegetarian are healthy meals. Phones dont work properly, couldn't call reception.. had to go there personally. Desk staff not helpful as they Keep giving us the run around, Saying they will check with management , get back to you but never did. We asked for a refund to move to a different hotel within 12 hour of arrival to our room but were ignored. We lost 3 days of our holiday in this hotel before being given a clean room. Room 4218 ( mold free room) I would NEVER recommend this hotel.. especially for children or anyone with respiratory issues.. My room mates asthma was triggered by the back mold. Pillows dirty and smell like mold and vomit.. had to have my pillow changed and when reception staff smelt my pillow... he gagged! In the last 12 hours of our stay I got bali belly .. they charged us a full day to stay in bed for an extra 6 hour prior to our flight. Im at home now, still a touch of Bali belly but so happy to have left that hotel.. Oh.. sitting around the pool I probably spoke to 6 other travellers, ALL had requested room changes for same reasons! (Prior to our week at this hotel we stayed 8 night at the WINA HOLIDAY VILLA in kuta.. not one complaint! Beautiful hotel, staff, super clean pools! ((Room 217) brilliant room overlooking pool!) AVOID PURI SARON. IT NEEDS TO BE ASSESSED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!
