We cannot recommend Sanur House highly enough and always have perfect stay here!!! We’ve been here few times and this place where you can call “home away from home”. All the staff here were amazing, very welcoming, friendly and always smile seriously top notch. It has beautiful garden, a nice pool and far away from the noise. It is in a quiet area about 200 meters from the main road with a few restaurants, a local minimart and laundry just across the road from the accommodation. We loved everything about our stay here and definitely will come back again to this beautiful hotel.

We booked 5 nights but checked out after the first night. The only good thing about this hotel is the friendly staff and the exterior. The room is nothing like the pictures we saw on ***********. the description was not the same either. The room was very basic the lighting was horrible, the bathroom was not clean, there were stains on the sheets, headboard and floor. The water in the shower was not warm and the pressure was so low. I could not even was my son. There was a smell in the roo. And my son kept coughing. There was noise and chatter that could be heard from 5 am. The bed was bed and pillows were not comfortable. The staff were very friendly and we were grateful that they waved the cancelation fee for us. Over all I beleive this should not be rated as a 3 star hotel. The price we paid was not matching the hotel we got. This should be a $30-50/night not 100.

Highly recommend,as we couldn't fault anything.Its a hidden gem in a lovely location,short walk to shops and beach.The staff were all so friendly and helpful , from the front of house,to the ground staff...(especially Sandy). Loved the big rooms,pool and breakfast areas.

Lovely boutique hotel, an oasis of calm, perfect after a day sightseeing. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful and kind. Beautiful breakfast in a lovely setting by the pool. The room is very clean, pretty and such comfortable beds!

Extremely friendly staff, clean room and very good breakfast! We enjoyed our stay at Sanur House and the quiet rooms away from the busy streets. Definitely recommend to stay here, staff was super helpful and nice. Thank you!

The description of the room on *********** and reality do not match. The room is significantly smaller than in the description. The kitchen does not exist. The patio is shared with another room. Several amenities are missing from the room, e.g. a desk. Local employees know this and apologize claiming that management does not take responsibility. I feel scammed by paying for a room that is very different from the description.

Staff are beautiful, beds and pillows super comfortable. Close to all amenities but tucked away, so very quiet. Not overcrowded, gardens immaculate. Clean and very good value for money. Buffet breakfast included and delicious

Great staff. Gangga was very friendly and accommodating and helped us a lot particularly with our toddler boy. Brads was beautiful. The pool was very enjoyable. Beautiful gardens and close to everything. Staff were very friendly and smiled heaps. Would come back again
