Khách sạn tồi tàn này được người dân địa phương giới thiệu (nó đã bị xóa trên WeChat) vì tôi sẽ quay lại Trung Quốc vào ngày hôm sau nên tôi muốn ở gần sân bay. Tôi đã chuẩn bị tinh thần khi đặt phòng, biết phòng nhỏ và khách sạn cũng nhỏ nhưng không ngờ cơ sở vật chất lại nhỏ đến vậy! Bồn rửa nhỏ, chậu rửa còn nứt, tivi nhỏ, giường nhỏ. Đồ vệ sinh cá nhân miễn phí trong khách sạn chỉ là một bộ bàn chải đánh răng🪥 Nếu hết thì việc chuyển phát nhanh nội địa không đơn giản như vậy phải không? Việc dọn dẹp thậm chí còn khó hiểu hơn. Lúc mình nhận phòng thì lễ tân khách sạn nói nhiều tiếng Anh Ấn Độ, tức là đồ ăn trong phòng không miễn phí, đồ trong tủ lạnh cũng không miễn phí, muốn ăn thì phải yêu cầu đặt cọc. , v.v... Lúc trả phòng tôi nói hút thuốc trong phòng đây, phải nộp phạt! Tôi nói tôi không hút thuốc nên quầy lễ tân lấy ảnh ra đối diện với tôi, nhìn thấy mà không biết cười hay khóc. Trên khăn tắm có một cục tro đen vuông 1cm. giọt chất lỏng màu vàng không xác định trên sàn nhà. Đây cũng được coi là bằng chứng! ? Lau tay bẩn bằng khăn có được không? Đừng để tôi đi trên mặt đất khi đi trên bãi biển hay trên đường, tôi đảm bảo đế giày của mình không bị bẩn! Tóm lại, đó là một khách sạn tốc hành tuyệt vời!

Căn phòng cực kỳ nhỏ, rất buồn tẻ và đồ trang trí có mùi nồng nặc. Giá vẫn rất đắt. Đó là một kỳ nghỉ khi tôi ở. Phòng đơn chỉ khoảng chục mét vuông và có giá hơn 700 mỗi đêm. Tỷ lệ giá/hiệu suất rất thấp. Trung Quốc Nó chỉ có giá 200-300 mỗi đêm Nó đắt hơn những người khác.

We booked this hotel in Kuta, Bali, because of its boutique-style design, and visually, it did not disappoint. The interior is beautifully decorated, and everything looks stunning. The service was absolutely top-notch—the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location near Kuta Beach is convenient in theory, but the reality is quite different. The beach itself is completely covered in trash, and the surrounding area is full of homeless people and beggars. You get approached constantly, which makes walking around quite uncomfortable. This was a completely different side of Bali than what we had expected. Unless you’re here specifically for surfing, Kuta is not a great place to stay if you’re looking for relaxation and tranquility. The hotel’s rooftop terrace is very nice, and the pool is also quite enjoyable. The view from the rooftop restaurant is great, and while the food and drinks are decent, nothing really stood out. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown—it looked amazing but didn’t taste nearly as good as expected. The biggest issue with the hotel is the humidity. There is a persistent musty smell throughout the entire property, and despite the housekeeping staff’s best efforts (including air fresheners), it never really goes away. It seems like the hotel may have serious water damage, as there were visible water stains and condensation spots on the ceilings, some of which had clearly been painted over. This significantly impacted our overall impression of the hotel. While the design, service, and rooftop areas were fantastic, the humidity issues were a deal-breaker for us. If another hotel offered the same level of service and aesthetics without these problems, we would choose to stay elsewhere.

I like it here. Hotel is in front of Kuta beach and near Kuta Beachwalk. Clean room, nice food, we also order room service. It takes a little long but the food is delicious.

The hotel is very hip and modern. The infinity pool is the one i like the most in the hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Its located in the best location in kuta of which next to the beaches and only 5-10 mins walk to the kuta beach walk shopping center. The only draw back in this hotel is the gym equipment not enough. Others are perfect . Will definitely stay again.

The location is very strategic, the staff are very polite, the facilities are complete, and the vibes are great. However, the food menu could be more varied, but everything tastes delicious. 🥰

We have nothing to complain but the service is top notch. The location was strategic. There is a minimart right by the hotel. Although it has bar on the rooftop, the music didn't effect us at all as it is not noisy

Great location direct across from Kuta beach. Breakfast options were plenty and delicious. Room was kept well. I had an accident surfing whilst in Bali and the staff at the hotel were so accomodating and genuinely caring. Highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly. Check in was fast. There’s two connivance stall beside the hotel. The road leading towards the hotel is one way so factor in the traffic when traveling

Excellent service particularly by the manager Cynthia. Very easy to deal with. I had some issues with the smell of the room originally but they changed the room and all was fine. Very accommodating and polite.  Rooftop pool was amazing!!!!!

Had a great stay, staff were friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and we had a cosy stay! Beach is just across the hotel and it is just minutes walk to the morning market and shopping mall. Many little restaurants around the area. If you are hungry at night, able to grab food from the convenient stalls around. Will be back!

Modern comfortable place to stay, with beach across the road and plenty of food choices at Accom or very close by. Exceptional cleaned room to a high standard everyday. All hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making my stay great
