Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đưa ra đánh giá không tốt, và cũng là khách sạn tồi tệ nhất mà chúng tôi từng ở. Trên giường có hai phân chuột, vòi nước bị gỉ và cả căn phòng có mùi mốc! Máy điều hòa kêu cót két như máy kéo, cuối cùng gõ hai lần, đình công! Bữa sáng không ngon và có nhiều ruồi! Bể bơi vô cực và phòng tập thể dục đều bị hỏng và đóng cửa! Bể bơi ở tầng một bẩn, hầu như không có ai bơi trong đó! Tôi đã đăng ký để thanh toán, nhưng tôi không thể hủy

Exceptional Stay in The Crystal Luxury bay resort! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's photos don't do it justice - the lobby, staff greetings, and overall ambiance are truly impressive. The staff members are remarkably friendly, polite, and attentive, providing top-notch service that makes you feel valued. The hotel's bay view is breathtaking, offering a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa - incredibly affordable and absolutely divine! I highly recommend treating yourself to a session (or two!). Considering the exceptional quality and service, I believe this hotel is significantly underpriced. I would return in a heartbeat if I ever visit Bali again. If you're looking for a fantastic stay, look no further! 5/5 stars

Best Hotel to stay with wonderful outdoor view while you can enjoy your breakfast. Feel wonderful!

Not safe for kids, external back doors don’t lock, place is old and cleanliness is not upto standard

Not a good choice for honeymoon couples. The rooms are good but the toilet are not clean. The shower, handwash area are extremely rusty. Not a 5 star hotel at all.

The staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful notably one lady 'Ayu'. The restaurant or housekeeping is perhaps understaffed - I am not sure since we had to remind through the front desk that the plates and cutlery needed clean up after the room service was ordered. The aesthetics of the hotel are excellent but some maintenance in form of facelift is perhaps due. The property boosts beautiful swimming pools and gentle soothing tropical traditional music offering a very warm welcoming feeling. The family room which we opted for is large and spacious with large 2 single beds, a large king bed and a nice private jacuzzi. The restaurant has a decent choice of western and asian breakfast options with decent choice for vegetarians too. The hotel had kept ready breakfast boxes upon our request for us at 5:30 am since we had an early morning flight to catch. We felt this is a good sign of hospitality which other bigger brand hotels should also follow in other destinations.

The staff are nice and the breakfast is quite good. Location wise, it's in Nusa Dua but far away from any attractions or nice restaurants. The biggest problem is the cleanliness. This place is ABSOLUTELY filthy :( We complained and they upgraded our room, but even the new room was dirty. I'll never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone!

Hotel is located in a strategic location in Nusa Dua and nearby the airport. Breakfast menu is good and staff are all very friendly. Hope to book this hotel again. The pool was nice, loved our stay.

Love everything about this hotel. View from our corridor is just amazing. Breakfast is also great with multiple choices. Recommend totally!! Visited rooftop. Got closed pool but can see amazing scenery from there.

Big hotel. Spacious room, but very dirty. We have to asked them to clean again. There’s jacuzzi but the water very very cold. There’s also rooftop pool, i swim there while watching sunset so beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast is so so, limited choices but the taste is pretty good
