Swarga Suites Bali Berawa, Marclan Collection

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I stayed at Swarga for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were very accommodating, and I really liked the amenities and relaxing ambience throughout the hotel. We booked a poolside room, which was literally just steps away from the pool—perfect for quick dips anytime. There was also a comfy chair outside our room, great for lounging and enjoying the view. The food was good, with a wide variety of options for vegetarians, vegans, and meat eaters. The hotel also offers easy access to the beach and Atlas Beach Club, which made our stay even better. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely love to stay here again.

Great location with direct private access to the beach. Beautiful views if you book an ocean facing room. All of the facilities and amenities are very modern and first class. Service is warm and highly professional. Restaurant is of a very high quality, the bar upstairs offers a great ocean view with your drinks. There are beach clubs nearby, but I found the room to be sound-proofed well, I didn't have a noise problem. Overall the hotel offers a very modern, professional 5 star experience.

I'm not sure whether I'm just purely unlucky or what, but here is my story: Initially, when I checked in to the hotel everything was normal - the bellman was offering to get my bags, which I let them handle.. The check in process was also okay, and I was offered a welcome drink while waiting for the room access card. Then, the concierge, who handled the check in, brought me to the room. First trouble happened - the access card didn't work! She had to go back to get the "master access card" to unlock the door. So, I told her to get my access key rectified. We were waiting in the bedroom for quite a long time and they didn't send my luggages! Honestly, I never had such kind of experience before, so I was quite disappointed with the slow service. My wife had to call to the concierge to have it delivered to the room. Had I known it would take so long, I would have carried the bags myself. After unpacking some stuffs from the bags, we went out of the room. Third trouble happened - the door had some problem to be closed. I had to slam the door to get it closed. And you know what? The access key was still not working! My wife had to go to the concierge to collect new access key and told them to fix the door. They provided afternoon tea and snacks daily, and 2 bottles of free beers every night -- which is very nice of them. On my third day, the access key suddenly refused to work again! Their reason: the card has a life of 1week and it will expire afterwards. Does that mean the card that they passed me only has a remaining of 2 days to stay active, while I was actually staying for 3 nights!? That's just unbelievable! They should make sure those cards remain active for the proper duration of my stay! On the third night, my wife spotted a lizard (in the upper room) - and she had trouble sleeping that night because she has a phobia of lizard. Aside from the above-mentioned problems, the staffs in the hotel are quite helpful..

Great location. Room was spacious, clean and nice! Was pleasantly surprised with the free beer, high tea and entry to Atlas beach club. Breakfast has nice variety and tasted great! The only part that was a bit disappointing was the description of the room of being “sea view room” was a bit misleading. It should be stated as partial sea view. You need to step on to the balcony and peek out of the ledge to get the view. The first “sea view room” we got was on the same floor as the pool and it was completely blocked by beams and structure eventhough we were outside our room.

Everything was lovely however they really need a bar fridge in the room. They have a ‘cool’ box that isn’t even close to cold. Love the hotel, the rooms and location. Thanks
