The room was pretty and spacious. Love that their TV have netflix and youtube. However the pool colour looks dirty that why i didnt swim in it, and also the bathtub even after i brush and clean its still yellow(not sure if the water is yellow or the bathtub). I also spotted a mouse that ate my breakfast. The towel they provided has yellow stain on it, and i ask to change but endup they didnt change for me, luckily i brought my own towel. The staff was very nice and prompt reply whenever i whatsapp them. Stayed there on my birthday but did not have any special surprise i tot would have. Overall rate this 2/10.

Friendly staff and Villa is clean and nice private pool . We would highly recommend this hotel .

非常棒的住宿體驗！本來沒什麼人評論還有點懸，結果滿分！從佩尼達島回來住這裏，環境很好，上午游泳呆久些才出門。

スタッフのホスピタリティーと各種対応は素晴らしいです。 ロケーションはバイクをレンタルするかタクシーを使いこなさないと正直便利とは言い難いロケーションです。 周りに飲食店やお店が充実している訳ではないし、館内に何でも揃っている星付き大規模ホテルではないので、その点を理解して上手く利用できる人にはお勧めです。 設備や備品含めて部屋は文句なし、朝食も*の調理方法から食べたいもの飲み物まで細かく指定できます。

너무 이쁜 구조로 잘 꾸며진 빌라이고, 기다란 하와이안 풀이 특색입니다. 하지만 풀빌라 특성상 작은 개미들과 날파리들이 조금 꼬이긴 하네요ㅠㅠ. 사누르 메인거리와 그리멀지 않고 적당한 기격이라 가족여행객들에게 추천해요

These are beautiful villas that need maintenance. Pools need mould removed as do garden pots. Air conditioner leaks water into the slippery tiles. Towels have seen better days. No shuttle service as stated.No fruit basket as stated .No minibar as stated. Unequipped kitchen. In the middle of nowhere. Not near Sanur shopping or restaurants. Breakfast not included and 3 times the price at other restaurants in Sanur. Just needs maintenance before too long. Pool deck needs new boards and repainting. Shower tiles need mould removal and fixtures repaired. Bedding is comfortable and good standard. Staff don’t really understand English. It could be 5* with improvements.

Foods were good, staff were excellent but the villa itself needs lots of cleaning, maintenance and up keeping. Ants everywhere, molds on everything except the bedding, toilet were old, had stains everywhere and the showers glasses and around toilets were full of molds, the swimming pool tiles were dirty and slippery

The staff were very nice, but unfortunately there was a large birthday party outside our villa that went on until around 10pm. I don’t think there was anything the staff could have done but the space next to our villa where the party was held seems to be for such events which means if you’re in those adjacent villas you won’t enjoy much peace and quiet.

The staff were lovely and very helpful but the restaurant /venue was too close to the villas and it can be quite noisy at times.

private villa with the most comfortable private pool I've ever lived in, highly recommended for those of you who are honeymooners, very friendly and very helpful service, I will definitely be back!!!!

Beautifully clean villa and pool and well-kept grounds. Very friendly staff and every request was met with a huge smile! Generous breakfast portions, although a bit more butter for x2 rounds of toast would be better. We booked to stay as part of our honeymoon and it was a great first stop on our trip. Beware if you’re after adult-only tranquility, however - a noisy family moved in next door on our second (and last) night! This isn’t the resort’s fault, though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our friends and family.
