Not upto the mark. Carry your own multi plug for Indonesia there charging plugs are different. I asked the staff to lend me a plug for 1night to which they said they don’t have it please drop your phone to the reception for the entire night if you want to charge it. This is ridiculous to even ask.

I stayed one month and i could not relax because the cars were parking just closed to my room at the ground fllor day and night. Until 3 am.
The bathrooms are not very clean.
Water coming out from the tu es´.
My bed was wet because of humidity,moldy
One of my bag got moldy i to my suitcase
I would´t tecommand to have a relaxing time
I Felton in à business area not in a vacation area

Hotel berbentuk Villa sehingga lebih disarankan bagi yang membawa kendaraan pribadi karena jarak dari lobi ke hotel lumayan... dan tidak ada lift jadi siap2 menggotong barang bawaan bila mendapat kamar di lantai 3
Tapi overall sesuai dengan harganya
NB: harap berhati-hati dengan sudut-sudut ranjang tempat tidur yang agak tajam bila kaki anda tidak mau tergores seperti saya (ada di foto)

We have booked the hotel through my trip. As per the booking, for one kid, extra bed and breakfast was part of the booking. While checking in, the hotel forced me to pay extra for the above even though it was paid prior. Since it was already late evening and with family, I couldn't react much as with family and in a different country that to be around 7-8pm time, I don't have any choice to pay and do the check in. Already, I've escalated it to make my trip group. I've collected all the payment receipt by force as the person was reluctant to give me payment receipt. I would caution all Indian people, the staff tried to pass some derogatory remarks about all Indians. Please avoid this property to avoid a scam and an unpleasant experience during your vacation. It's a blunt to the hotel industry. Please avoid. If booking be ready to be scammed by this fraudulent property.

The resort is big however it is absolutely under maintained. The pool was dirty and their was no filters running in the pool. The customer service was pathetic. Had to call multiple times just to get a bottle of water. The fnb staffs were very rude and it was very difficult to explain anything to them. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PROPERTY EVER. A wholesome pathetic experience.

Worst hotel in Bali customer service we can’t even name it food was worst funny part is per head one egg and we fought to get one more egg for our kids anything we ask they will in return question you why do u need it for any payments they are bang on but service they don’t know the meaning of it ,pool is dirty AC not working properly it’s like booked VIP but got general services my request don’t go to this hotel better opt for other one
