The best experiences I have in Artotel Sanur. The hotel staff top notch and 100% friendly. Room is super spacious and super clean. The food is so clean and set up is so fantastic. The restaurant food is super good that the staff will attend to all your needs. This kind of service rare to find. Politeness is built in all Indonesian. Walking distance to all the eateries, massage and Icon Mall. Not over crowded location. Peace and serenity.

Beautiful art pieces in the lobby. Room was clean. Everyone was really friendly and approachable. Location is great for me, quiet and far from the city. Breakfast was decent and sufficient. The pool is great! Great experience overall. Will visit again.

Nice hotel with unique design. Breakfast could be improved, was not too tasty, but not bad. Rooms are spacious, but sound isolation could be better. Their rooftop bar and swimming pool is amazing. The service was satisfied.

When we checked-in it was night & when we wanted to tap the card to enter the room it didn't want to open, until finally I went downstairs 2 times to ask to be checked why the card couldn't be used, than the employee go upstairs to open the door with card & it turned out that the machine for door access was broken so they had to call a technician for repair. So far the others are ok, only the mattress is disappointed because the sound is annoying & there is 1 light panel that cannot be turned on, so if you want go to sleep you have to choose between total darkness or light with bright lights (on my room 4th floor). We only get 1 complimentary drink when check-in, but no prob. TQ.

Очень интересный формат отеля, хорошая четкая уборка, есть активности в виде йоги по средам. Прекрасные завтраки и доброжелательный персонал отеля решали все мои проблемы.

サヌール目抜き通りの南にある立地最高のホテル。 近くにはコンビニ、両替所、レストラン、ビーチ どこへ行くにも困らない範囲にだいたい揃ってます。 室内清潔、湯温・湯量OK 予約時にバルコニーがある部屋をリクエストして、その通りにしてもらえました。 ただひとつ残念なことは冷蔵庫の冷えが良くない。 冷蔵庫というより保冷庫みたいな感じでした。 滞在中壊れてしまったのでスタッフに声を掛けたら、他の部屋から持ってきてすぐに交換してくれました。 今回3回目の滞在で、細かい所も修理しているのが分かったのでまたリピートしたいです。
