Excellent accommodation, just on the outskirts of Ubud town. The centre is within walking distance but if you don't want to walk, try a Grab bike or Grab Taxi. We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa and found it to be truly secluded, off the main road so no noise and every room over looks an expansive rice field. Also, within a very short walk is a small supermarket, a few restaurants and massage parlour. My wife and daughter walked to the nearby 5 star hotel for an afternoon of pampering. Breakfast served every morning with a smile and Rita's (the host) team couldn't do enough for us. Certainly a recommendation, especially if you don't want to be out in the sticks but do want that feeling of being there.

Home away from Home Champaca villas is a magical place, surrounded by peaceful rice fields and close to Ubud Center. The villa is built with luxurious materials and a very high level of comfort. Spotless clean. We stayed at the 4 bedrooms villa, with exclusive use of the pool. Drinking cocktails 🍸 Each bedroom has an amazing bathroom with the view of lush tropical garden and rice field. Swimming pool is beautiful and large. Beautiful scrumptious Breakfast was prepared everyday by well trained staff on site with fresh ingredients and served in the beautiful open air dining room. Fresh mango, paw paw and watermelon with freshly squeezed juice. You cannot forget the beauty of this space@ the villa Special thanks to the Rita & Chandra & Team who made our experience so special, taking care of all details for our stay to be as good comfortable as possible. Use of the kitchen to cook the evening meals and having drinks with family and friends. Can't wait for our next trip. 🙏❤️❤️🙏 Thanks Rita & Team Champaca villa

Totally loved this 2 bedroom villa. The serenity was unbelievable. The view across the rice paddy’s was so serene. The Villa was so clean and the pool was superb. The staff are absolutely amazing and no wish is too large for them. Would definitely recommend Villa Champaca

Magnifique villa au calme absolu à 20 minutes à pied d’Ubud, 30 min du centre. Piscine superbe avec vue sur les rizières. Petit déjeuner servi à la villa. Les lits sont douillets et les hôtes aux petits soins. Attention prévoyez d’y rester un peu sinon vous allez regretter… Tout était parfait !

Très bonne expérience à Champaca Luxury Villa. Le cadre au milieu des rizières est magnifique. Très bon accueil de Nyoman et son équipe. Ils étaient au petit soin avec nous pendant tout le séjour. La villa est très bien entretenue. Très bonne adresse si vous voulez séjourner à Ubud au calme mais à proximité du centre d’Ubud.
