The key plus point for this hotel was the staff, they’re very helpful and hospitable. Location wise the hotel was bit secluded, they have free van to ubud city ctr with schedules. Minus point, my room was below the bar area, some night you can hear the foot steps, banging noises from the ceiling.

The hotel itself is very nice and became even nicer because of their amazing staffs! From the efficient check in, to the clean and comfortable room, and the best part is their floating breakfast, it was so delightful! As a first timer in Bali, this hotel give me a hundred percent satisfaction! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was good. I like the ambience and facilities of the hotel. Hidden gem somewhere in between of the small town / neighborhood. Personally, feel like the design and landscape alike Capella SG. Staff here are friendly and nice, need to be patience when you speak. Overall, not bad and pleasant.

Just normal for everything. Not super good but not bad too. Room was spacious but relatively reception was not much kind and facility was over captured in photos. Location also quite far from the Ubud center.

the staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. They were always willing to help and meet all of my needs. The service from the staff made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay.

Room was spacious, especially bathroom which I loved and hotel was really beautiful.. pool is small but the view is amazing The staffs were friendly and nice! Breakfast was a lil under expectation to be honest but dinner was delicious! The location is a lil far from ubud center, but if you want to stay in calm peaceful jungle for a while, this is the best place for the price! I really enjoyed the yoga class as well, and the instructor was super nice too.

I don’t like so much. Restaurant to expensive and not 5 star. It’s 2-3 star.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and very friendly. And the pool and spa were highlights of our trip. The location is nearby Ubud Market, and the shuttle to and from was free and very useful.

Stayed here in the Courtyard Villa with my husband over the NYE and new year! I’m especially impressed with their e-butler WhatsApp service - when I requested for room amenities, housekeeping immediately acted on it and delivered it before the e-butler have responded to me on WhatsApp! Definitely a 5-star service for me on this! Staff exuded above-and-beyond Balinese hospitality and everyone was super friendly! The first night I stayed in the Villa, it poured heavily - water flooded and seeped through the villa front door, almost getting all my shoes wet. One call to the front desk and the problem was swiftly rectified! An engineer and two staff, came over in the heavy downpour and created a little drainage to drain the water out while housekeeping came with lots of towels to mop up the flood in my room. I needn’t need to change my room and I was definitely a happy camper! The only thing I didn’t manage to do was utilize my private pool and the main resort’s infinity pool, which overlooked lush greenery, due to my sever diarrhoea situation. Will not hesitate to return again!

When booking this hotel i did not know that it is mainly for couples until a member of staff mentioned it to me. i booked it mostly to swim but never used the pool as it is very open, there is no shade around the pool, the service was a bit disappointing, you have to call them numerously, even if you speak to them personally, they are all talk & no do, you will find yourself calling again after spending an hour talking to them however, i must say the breakfast was amazing & the restaurant staff are very attentive, the best Nasi Goreng i have eaten in Bali was here. The resort provides free Yoga classes which was absolutely amazing. This hotel is highly recommended for couples.

Great hotel in Ubud, Staff are friendly and the hotel amenities are good with high attention to detail. It’s a boutique hotel so not many room which is nice. They also provide shuttle to Ubud town Center which is a bonus.

The customer service is quite slow. And the buffet variety is quite little.

We stayed in one of the villas (no.2) which had its own pool where there are plants and leaves at the back for privacy however there was a gap in ours which looked on to another villas front door. Overall Not bad for the price, staff were attentive and polite and the breakfast was satisfactory. Cleanliness could be better, there were some stains on the bottom sheet. Location wise it’s good if you want a retreat away from the crowds but will require a taxi ride to get to where all the restraints are which is a 15 min ride. There is a shuttle bus which operates several times a day to take you there. Check in experience could be better, I had to fill in two online forms which I feel could have been filled in or partially done by staff.
