Cicada townhouses are very nice indeed. The junior suite was beautiful. The location is great and 2 minute walk to everything you need. All The staff especially Mona on reception and very friendly and welcoming . Breakfast was very nice and all organised for you on delivery in the villa. Roomservice dinner was lovely. I highly recommend staying here. Suksma Mona and all the staff at Cicada for a fantastic stay . I will definitely return here.

We, as a team had a work holiday trip to Bali and decided to book 2 nights at Cicada Seminyak. At first, we chose this hotel because of the convenience and the star location (of course we checked their ratings they got good reviews and the property looks good). After we checked in, it was a bit of surprise because Cicada Seminyak was beyond our expectation. The accessing road is narrow but it fits car perfectly, the parking space is limited but you can always depend on vallet service. The staffs are well-trained and profesionals. We received nice cold towel to refresh and also welcome drink, the check-in was super quick. Once you get in the property, you'll be surrounded with the view of this beautiful big swimming pool with trees surrounding it which make you feel like you're not in Seminyak area (busiest area in town). We picked the room with private pool and we chose what to have for floating breakfast the next day (as seen on pictures). The breakfast was excellent, I'd recommend the croissant. Super fresh, delicious! We've got kitchen, water dispenser, fridge, and everything we need to feel like home. There's one TV at the room and also one TV at the sitting room. Spacious rooms. Also there's a bath tub which is outdoor which feels like you're in Ubud area. So peaceful. No complaints about their service, their hygiene. Overall, our stay at Cicada Seminyak was 9/10. We would come back again.

We had the most incredible stay at Cicada Seminyak. The villa's modern design with luxurious amenities provided, and the private pool was a refreshing. Situated in Seminyak's at the centre with easy access to the area's best restaurants and shops. There is a free drop shuttle, but you have to call to check if its available first. The staff were exceptional, providing personalized service with warmth and professionalism. Breakfast was a delight, with a variety of dishes to satisfy every craving. Cicada Seminyak surpassed all expectations and we will return again.

From the moment we arrived we knew it would be special. Best place we’ve stayed in Indonesia. Stunning villas. Great location, staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay, thank you so much. Gave us high standards for the rest of our trip!
