Прекрасное расположение. 5 минут до ТЦ с магазинами, банкоматами, кафе. 5 минут до пляжа Кута. Вокруг много магазинов, кафе, массажи. Тихий и уютный отель в центре. Немного уставшая мебель. Но делают ремонт и ощущение, что планируется обновление отеля.

Номера ужасно грязные, стены с черными пятнами, полотенца грязные и дырявые. Хотелось побыстрее уехать и не задерживаться ни на минуту

We wasted both time and money at this hotel its really not worth it, trust me when i say you should just book somewhere else. We only found out all the headaches after we arrived and leaving to find something else was not easy last minute and cost us alot more.

I enjoyed the resort, nice pool and staff. No safe for personal belongings and no fridge to keep drinks cool. I would come back here to stay. Wear shoes around the resort. Rooms have key to open door, air con is great and lights around the place is amazing to see where your going.

Large rooms with all you need. Bath was a nice touch with plenty of hot water. Toiletries provided. Lovely deep swimming pool, bar wasn't open though. Most staff were polite. Man at the desk was rude and put his hand up to hush me at check-in,so a bit of a bad start. Garden was well kept. I didn't like cat poo on the grass and having to ask for the coffee to be refilled each morning at breakfast.. breakfast was cooked fresh and the menu has enough choice. All in all good.

Everything in my room was broken and mouldy. Dirty sheets and a giant cockroach came out of the rotting bathroom door.

Great budget priced hotel, nice pool, good breakfast choice of 3 options, continental, American or Indonesian. We had a deluxe room.which was cleaned daily. Pool bar was not operational while we were there but you could still BYO if you wanted.

We stayed here for six days Was very clean rooms cleaned daily and the courtyard was amazing Staff were great and so helpful

Lovely pool and grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, comfortable bed and Super Rugby on TV, all in a convenient location. It's nice to have somewhere to sit outside and to dry washing.

The staff friendly and friendly and helpful. The facility close to beech and yet sheltered from urban noise. Close to restaurants and city amenities

Been there many times, shame the ‘ shaken bar ‘ wasn’t open but I understand why.
