The worst hotel I have ever stayed in - do not understand the good reviews whatsoever. We had to leave at 10pm because there were rats in our room (holes in the wall in the ceiling and they running around the mouldings) there was over 20 small spiders in our room, bed bugs, we saw a huntsman spider (massive- bigger than a hand) in a room we were offered to move to. There was multiple holes in the ceiling with plasters on them. To top it all off they refused to bank transfer the refund because they would be charged international fees so only offered to send it to an Indonesian bank account (when we are British tourist on holiday) The hotel is in the middle of nowhere - the road is so bumpy with large holes in it driving a moped is not safe. the food was also very bad. The staff at reception did try and help but the quality of the hotel itself was just not okay - we moved to a different hotel and were much happier there.

Lovely clean hotel with beautiful views and good facilities, staff are great especially Yoga who was very helpful and friendly! Restaurant has great food and the pool area is beautiful with infinity pool. Would recommend and definitely return!

Beautiful hotel with amazing view from the restaurant. Rooms are like on the picture, clean and spacious. Down side, the road to the accommodation is not the best. Staff is super friendly, thanks for the great hospitality Mr Partha… …………….

Very nice hotel! We stayed in one of the bungalows and loved it.. the room was very nice, great outdoor bathroom. The hotel staff is very friendly and The restaurant ist awesome too. We had breakfast there and drinks in the evening. I can really recommend this hotel!

Excellent property and great staff. Only challenge being that the property is infested with millipede, termites and quite a few other bugs.

It was really good food and excellent service. Desi is very sweet and very forthcoming. There were live acoustic music and a really nice view over Ceningan island from were you sit and eat your dinner. A menu with many options and good wine. We can definitely recommend it

We had a lovely stay at the Acala shri sedana resort. Breathtaking views and friendly staff. We had a beautiful suite and Amazing Breakfast (included daily). Special thank you to Yoga. Would definitely recommend to stay here on your next trip to Nusa Lembongan.

Location is quite in the interiors but property is nice with a good view. Staff is not accommodating at all. We booked our snorkelling tour through them and we had to checkout the same day. still they won’t accommodate for 1 hr extended checkout so we could freshen up once we are back from snorkelling trip. (There are no bathing rooms in the common area/swimming pool area). This is unlike what we experienced in Bali in three other properties. Aircon in our room was not working… the whole night. My breakfast had stale and smelling tomatoes. No apologies or compensation. Overall extremely bad experience for us.

Stay from 07th to 10th march 2024 Very nice hôtel localed with at the top of this beautiful and small Island. My room was great, well Located, very quiet, cercled by this beautiful garden & nature. (I just had a problem with the safety box , which has been quickly solved) I enjoyed the swimming pool, with its wonderful view ! the spa / massage room is also quite beautiful : I had one balinese one hour massage which was just « waaaaaaowwwww (thanks to this so sweet lady who took care of me) I have eaten quite well in the restaurant (breakfasts and two dinners) Find it Good to get one main course on breakfast, (which avoid wasting from buffets , when some people put more in their plate than their stomach may absorb😉) Shuttles from the hôtel are ok (I did not feel confident enough to drive a scooter). Thanks to the réception team who helped me to find the picking up point near to Mushroom s beach They were quite reactive as I was « lost » under the storm , after a good discovery (and dry 😅) walk from the yellow bridge the devil’s tears, , dreams , mushrooms’ beaches So thanks and congratulations to the whole team of the Acala Shri Sedana !!! Anne Ps : Go to snorkeling (especially mangrove point was amazing ! In Manta bay there were more peuple than fishes in the water . But that s the « game » I would say Mangrove is also to be seen

This place is Amazing! So calm and relaxing. Millione dollar view. We came for 2 days but stayed longer. Rooms are clean and fresh. Food is perfect and delicious. Not expencive. You can have fresh juice. I would come back for sure. Shuttle bus drives from harbours.

Good trips, very good hotels, good services and very peaceful place. Best honey moon ever the restaurant it’s very delecious and the prices It’s accessible I recommande this hotel to all the couples who want a good memories and good honey moon.

Really lovely comfortable stay. The room was big and clean, with great shower and facilities. The restaurant is good quality with heaps of vegetarian options. The view from the pool is just spectacular. They have plenty of water refills too haha 😄.

Very nice hotel. Amazing view from the pool and the room. The roads are not good around the whole island but the hotel can provide the scooter. The breakfast is okay. The room is big and nice.

We stayed at The Acala on Nusa Lembongan for five nights, departing on 1 January 2024. We had the best time. From a big picture perspective, we loved Nusa Lembongan, The Acala is beautiful - we adored our villas, the outdoor bathrooms, the planting/natural environment, the infinity pool and the cuisine served in the restaurant. But actually The Acala shone exponentially due to the delightful staff. That’s priceless. Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, Nur, the staff made the stay simply awesome. We will never forget our time at The Acala. It will live in our hearts with the utmost esteem and happiness. And it’s not the stunning hotel that will endure, it will be Nur and the staff (under his brilliant tutelage) who made it the most memorable of times for us.
