Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu is a clean and decent hotel, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The biggest disappointment was the food—definitely skip the breakfast and hotel restaurants. In a place like Bali, where almost every café and restaurant serves amazing, authentic food, Radisson’s overpriced and odd-tasting meals just don’t compare.
The rooms are spacious, but there are some major downsides. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom, which makes it uncomfortable after a shower or, well, anything else. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything your neighbors say and even when they flush the toilet. Unfortunately, we had noisy early risers next door, so sleep wasn’t great.
On the plus side, the room had a coffee machine, and they welcomed us with a cookie and macaron, which was a nice touch. The spa experience was average—good atmosphere and service, but the massage itself was just okay and overpriced with an 11% service charge. Also, there’s no beach access.
Overall, while the hotel itself is decent, the lack of soundproofing, poor food, and small inconveniences make it not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend.
