The service and staff were fantastic. I was very impressed with the hotel inclusions, the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and resort. The 3 pools were idyllic, the gardens were immaculate. The food was fantastic. I was very impressed with the staff of the resort as I was not well and they took me to a Drs clinic bought me back to the resort and all the staff kept asking me how I was feeling and if I needed anything. They couldn't help me enough. I will definitely return to stay here again. One of my favourite places to stay. Highly recommend.

設施老舊，衞生一般，環境酒店門口差，中國農村都不如，早餐住了3天沒變過，品種少的可憐，我們6人訂了2個房間，告知大的小孩每天必須交450元人民幣，小的每天交350元人民幣，不交不讓住，人生地不熟，沒辦法衹有交錢。千萬不要入住這家酒店差評！

A perfect place for peace of mind. Almost all you need from a resort near Ubud. Quite, calm environments. Villas are spacious, clean and luxurious. Staff is polite and friendly. Restaurant options could need some improvement. Minor issue: in some plates ingredients not listed on the menu can be included, as eggs in the club sandwich. Gym includes just the very basic. Yoga classes are provided every morning. The only essential point essential for improvement is, in my opinion the extension of shuttle service to Ubud, as the last one is at 10pm. In addition, extension of possible drop-off points more centrally would be nice. Pick up point of shuttle, at Cocomarket Ubud allows you to shop anything you need. Tip: in the Coco Supermarket you shall find most of the souvenirs are sold in other shops, and even more, at reasonable prices.

Well, this resort is listed as 5 star - luxury. Its probably more a 3 stars and definitely not luxury. The access road to the resort is unpaved, which tells a lot already. No security spotted either. Entrance to the resort is by a side sliding door that recall a car entrance. The resort is some decades old, and you can feel it. Rooms are dated, furnitures are sad and tired, as most of the place. Rooms are facing basically few meters from each other: or you keep always your curtains closed or your privacy goes to hell. 10 sun-beds shared between 3 pools for the whole resort. Barely at any shades due to lack of umbrella. The breakfast/restaurant room remind me a low class pension. Everything is actually very sad. Coming from a 2 nights in the previous real 5 stars luxury resort in Ubud, this place was a shock. For the same amount or few dollars more you can get the real thing. Cannot understand who gives such good reviews and rating. Probably they have no idea whats the real offer of Bali or whats 5 stars luxury means.

I chose Ubud Nyuh for the healing retreat package and it was amazing! Tari was my retreat specialist and she took such good care of me throughout my stay. She even came in early at 5am to see me off on my last day before heading to the airport. Lovely resort and accommodation. Highly recommend the place!

Overall it was an amazing week. Daily yoga sessions, activities to get to know the balinese culture, sound healing… we are leaving feeling refreshed, energised and relaxed. The spa was also amazing. The hotel room was very clean and spacious and overall the resort is peaceful with space to do own meditation or relax by the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Tari who looked after us during our one week retreat. Will come back!

This trip was absolutely phenomenal! Beautiful resort, most comfortable and beautiful room. So relaxing. Absolutely loved my retreat specialist, Tari! She is incredibly attentive, sweet, personable and always made sure I had just what I needed very promptly! Now consider her a friend 😌🙏🏼 This trip was so healing and just what I needed, amazing healing package!
