Môi trường sạch sẽ và rộng rãi Có rất nhiều cửa hàng và quán bar khi bạn bước ra khỏi khu vực trung tâm thành phố, nhưng căn phòng rất yên tĩnh và không có âm thanh nào cả. Có nửa giờ massage sau khi nhận phòng. Nhân viên phục vụ mỉm cười và quá trình này rất vui vẻ và thoải mái. Các giường đều hợp vệ sinh và sạch sẽ, và sự thoải mái tổng thể đáng để ghé thăm lại.

Villa was spacious for 2 bedroom . Service staff was polite and attentive. Breakfast was served in villa and afternoon tea was provided. There was a in room water dispenser too. Spa was good too

We stayed one night and we regretted. We should have stayed longer. It was a wonderful and peaceful place in the midst of a noisy bustling town. We enjoyed the complimentary 30mins foot spa, afternoon tea and breakfast. Private pool and bathtub are great. Room is well maintained and no mosquitoes during our stay.

What a hidden gem this place is. Once you walk down the laneway you instantly forget you are in the middle of Kuta. The place is immaculate and the staff are fantastic. I will definitely be basing my future Kuta stays from Alaya Deduan. We were a party of 5 and stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and it was great.

This place never fails to impress me, the service is top notch - the staff will stop at nothing to make your stay perfect. The villas are spacious and cover everything you could imagine from toiletries, coffee and replenished complimentary mini bar, to sun/mosquito protection, fruit and endless bottled water. The villas themselves are a little peaceful oasis set back from the hustle and bustle of Jalan legian. So if you like to be in the thick of it and walk vibrant and engaging neighborhoods but find your peace when you need it, this villa complex is perfect for you

Everything is fine except for the mosquitoes Services are fine, environmental is quiet and the breakfast is delicious

It is not comparable to Hotel, overall was a good stay, very relaxing as the privacy was superb. 

This was our first time staying 5 star and it was amazing. All the little things done to make us feel welcome. The amazing food service and hospitality Thank you so much We hope we can stay again sometime

Stayed in 2 units of Deluxe 1 bedroom. Both units are clean and well kept. Location is great; walking distance to surrounding amenities, convenient stores are just across the street Plenty of dining options nearby.

Very good

Overall the stay was comfortable room was clean, toilet could do with better cleaning, pool was good. Breakfast selection limited but manageable. Room had a stuffy smell at times due to a carpet but otherwise ok as we were out mostly. I would stay again due to convenience of walking around to the shops and restaurants.
