My stay at the hotel through was simply perfect! The property is brand new, exuding a fresh and modern feel that immediately put us at ease. But the real showstopper was the stunning valley view right from our room. It was like waking up to paradise every day! The ambiance was tailor-made for a romantic honeymoon, and we couldn't have asked for a more ideal setting. Highly recommended for couples seeking a magical getaway.

The most incredible hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment you arrive this hotel is absolute luxury. The rooms are huge. The welcome gin and petals in the bath are beautiful touches. There’s a brown makeup towel which shows their attention to detail. Breakfast is ab unlimited a la carte with incredible food. This hotel is everything and more. Daily excursions and activities! They even help you get a scooter. I wanted to stay in the infinity pool and jacuzzi forever. My mind was blown by everything at this hotel. I’ll definitely be back.

New resort at the time of stay. Really nice, big and clean rooms. A lot of privacy given the location. Facing forest and greenery which was serene and tranquil. Free Afternoon tea and cocktails given on a daily basis. Staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Would come back again.

這是我在烏布最後一晚的酒店，非常非常滿意，酒店以一座山谷作為背景， 景色非常美，但又不會有蚊蟲。 設施：非常新而且很奢華，處處十分精緻。 衞生：隨處可見的工作人員在澆花和打掃衞生，房間超級乾淨。 環境：滿眼綠色， 但是又與山谷植被保持距離， 不會有蚊蟲。 服務：酒店工作人員英文非常好，且非常友善，所有人都會主動微笑打招呼，有求必應。 餐食：早餐是點餐制，味道非常好而且很精緻，日式套餐很好吃，雞湯麪也超好吃。晚餐價格不是很友好，價格很高，有按位算的一人1800K，好貴… 另一種單點，倆人吃了四個菜花了1600K，而且味道就一般般…。還要交税和25%服務費。不建議為了吃飽去的，度蜜月小情侶講究情調的可以去試試。 晚上有happy hour 1小時雞尾酒暢飲一人240k 另外付服務。 酒店有spa 60min 大概700多k好像 然後付服務費。整體感覺不錯。

這次到峇里島訂的5家酒店，這是最好的一家，距離有點偏，景色很好。老闆太優秀太細心、房間準備草帽、藤包、專用洗臉巾、小吃、雞尾酒、咖啡、茶。早餐非常好吃、品種特別豐富，第一天不知道每款一個吃不完，哈哈浪費了。酒店各個方面服務都好，隔音有一點，可能其它住的都是別墅的原因，房間空調對着頭吹有點不舒服。祝福老闆生意興隆越來越好！

Отель просто космический! Очень понравился. Милый персонал, готовы всегда и во всём помочь. Территория тоже очень уложенная и аккуратная. Однозначно сюда вернусь

美麗的環境，熱情貼心的服務，每個人都笑臉相迎，早餐是點餐制，食材沒得挑剔，但是口味就因人而異了，總之，推薦大家

1. 環境：酒店修建在烏布區域馬路邊的山腰上，距離烏布市集車程一小時左右。環境清幽，視野廣闊，但是周圍沒有餐飲。 2.設施：酒店設施較新。lobby層有露天bar可以喝雞尾酒，餐廳也能看到外面風景，底層可以喝下午茶，此外恆温泳池也在這一層。 3.服務：服務很貼心，還會組織客人清晨徒步，但我們沒有參加。餐廳菜分量很足，以西餐為主。

環境和設備不錯 很有特色！就是大山中蒼蠅太多 服務因為是笑醒酒店有點跟不上

The customer service here is seriously unmatched. The attention to detail is amazing, and the staff are some of the kindest and hardest-working people we’ve met in Bali and truly left us with an unforgettable stay. They made our stay at Cicada beyond incredible. They treated us like family. Everyone there is so happy to serve and very generous. The breakfast was delicious and high-quality, and their lunch and dinner were equally impressive too. Plus, they always had complimentary snacks throughout the day, which was so sweet. Our room was super spacious and romantic, with a stunning view of the jungle. The resort is peaceful and romantic. I'd HIGHLY recommend Cicada for a cozy and intimate stay in Ubud

This is our first time to visit here. It has a nice jungle view and infinity pool. Also it has super clean room and balconi. In total, it was the best resort experience in traveling Bali. It is even better than the reaorts i have taken a rest in Bali. I recommend this place.
