ABOUT THE COTTAGE: Small quaint cottage located in the heart of Daphne. Recently renovated house with new HVAC, plumbing, and fixtures. Two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room as well as two futon couches in the living room for overflow in a crunch. Mini fridge, ice machine, microwave, and coffee maker. Complimentary High speed Wi-Fi access as well as complimentary Netflix, Disney+, and HBOMax. Smart TVs in the den and one of the bedrooms. THE SPACE: Hardwood floors throughout the house. The bathroom is separate out with the toilet and a sink in one space and the shower and an additional sink in another space. There is a kitchenette or break room area with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The den has two futon sofas, a chair, and a 50” smart tv.
