Upon arrival, the door to our room couldn’t be opened. We waited for 30 minutes before it was fixed. We requested a room change, but it was ignored. The internet connection was also terrible, we couldn’t even send a message via Messenger.
The next day, after returning from the beach, the same issue happened, the door wouldn’t open again. We waited almost an hour for someone to fix it. Our little boys, who were wet and cold from swimming, had to stay outside the room while it was raining due to the typhoon. It was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.
The reception personnel were unaccommodating. Compared to our previous visits to Las Casas, this last one was truly disappointing. I even asked to speak with the manager, but no one showed up. They said we would receive an email regarding the issue, but it’s been a week since our stay, no email, message, or call from the management or the manager.
Definitely not worth the money we spent
